I had the chance to meet Amy Novik through a presentation at World Bank on immigration several years ago, at that time I was a G4 dependent. After several consultation with other attorneys that took me nowhere, I was lucky enough to meet Amy. Her expertise in the uniqueness of G4 visas allowed me to set the path to citizenship. Her timely and accurate advice, as well as the professionalism not only from her but the whole staff is worth every moment and dollar. Immigration is not easy, and many times comes with emotions and fears, which were erased by the smoothness of the process with this team. After several years, myself and sons were able to meet the finish line. Yousif Amahad , By far is one of the most direct and Honest immigration attorneys you’ll find . For those of us who have bilingual difficulties and understanding the process of work permits and other applications, Yousif Ahahad and the hole firm has been phenomenal. We were actually referred to him by other people whom actually had the same experience and I’m glad that we decided to go with this firm . Although sadly price can be a little steep , But the service you get from this firm makes up for it in all aspects.

I had the pleasure of working with Joy on I-130, I-485 and I-751 applications. From the start to the end, Joy and her team helped us navigate the complexities of the green card process, offered us great advice and provided us regular updates. Amy Novick gave my wife and I sound advice on her green card for a reasonable consultation fee. Her advice saved us much stress and expense after we had been given unsound advice by another immigration attorney. Ms. Novick then efficiently and successfully processed a reentry permit application for us for a reasonable fee. Her paralegal Isabel McClung was very competent and a pleasure to work with. They never answer the phones. When someone finally answered, she scheduled me for a Zoom meeting, she never sent the link. They never picked up their phones when I called back. I was left waiting for the zoom meeting.

Attorney Kohn was helpful on a matter other immigration attorneys were either not willing to help me or attempting to scam me. Haynes Novick Immigration asked for a reasonable fee and they worked hard to get my issue resolved. My issue has been successfully resolved and I am very grateful for their efforts.
