Let me start by saying that Joy is truly a joy to work with! My wife and I availed of Joy’s services to file for a marriage based green card. She was very responsive through emails and/or phone calls and guided us very well at every step of the way of this lengthy process - through all the paperwork, performing a detailed review, answering all our questions as we worked through collating the information she needed to fill out the paperwork, through preparing for the interview, gathering all the documentation/evidence, organizing it to be presented to the immigration office during the interview. Once we had our interview notice, she took the time to conduct a mock interview session walking us through how it would be in reality. We had a fantastic experience with her and felt we were in very safe hands throughout the process.
