I had a great experience working with Dree and Sofia at Benach Collopy on applying for my parents' green cards. It only took us 6 months from applying to receiving the cards, much faster than expected. Looking back on the experience, there are a few key things about which I feel particularly grateful to Dree and Sofia: 1) Peace of mind: Dree and Sofia understand the intricacies of the requirements thoroughly. I felt we were in good hands very early on. So anytime I had questions or concerns, I knew they would get it taken care of. My family also moved right before we started to receive important letters in the mail from the USCIS. Sofia took care of the address change for us and the Benach Collopy office gets a copy of all the mail for us, so I knew we wouldn't miss a beat. That peace of mind made the whole process a breeze. 2) Highly efficient and responsive: Dree and Sofia had everything organized so well that as long as I could follow their instructions well, we would be moving full speed ahead. Anytime I had a question, my emails were usually answered sooner than I expected, even when they were out of office. 3) After-service: the service of Benach Collopy didn't stop at our receiving the green cards. Dree sent me comprehensive instructions on how to handle the matters for new permanent residents after receiving the green cards. My parents' situation is a bit uncommon. Dree did further research to help me clarify how to handle their situation. With her help, I feel assured how to manage the future steps. All in all, we had a pleasant and smooth experience with Dree and Sofia at Benach Collopy. I will work with them again in a heart beat should we need further assistance down the road.
