I received a GOMOR in 2010, which initiated a QMP in late 2016. After multiple unsuccessful attempts of removing the GOMOR and upgrading my RE code, I reached out to the National Security Law Firm in May of 2023. Last week we received a response from ABCMR stating that the GOMOR was removed and my RE code was upgraded. I cannot express how much I appreciate all of their hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend that anyone needing any assistance with appeals reach out to them. Obviously, they can't guarantee outcomes as each case and board personality is different, I believe they greatly increase the chances of a positive outcome. Thanks again for everything!

I was faced with the position of not being able to obtain a Global Entry Program Membership status because of a more than 40-year-old record of a DUI that I thought was expunged due to fulfilling judge's rulings of probation. I applied for the Global Entry Membership and was denied. I contacted Brett and his associates who helped me to re-apply and was turned down two additional times. But for the tenacity and the steadfast commitment of the personnel at National Security Law Firm to me and my family, I have just received an invitation to complete the Global Entry enrollment process. Thanks to Carl and Brett for all of their assistance in obtaining a merchant mariner credential for us. For the past 7 months we have been in “limbo” waiting for the results, and Carl kept in constant contact and his perseverance got us the best results. I needed help with a denial of my reapplication for Global Entry, even though I am an attorney myself. Brett agreed to call me about it, and his office systems worked flawlessly in setting that conference up. We then spent about 15 minutes on the free conference, with Brett answering all of my questions, and setting me up to use the firm in the event his recommendations didn't bear fruit. Maybe he is just good luck for me, but within a week my appeal of the denial was granted, and I am back in the Global Entry speedy lines again. I found this law firm on a random google search. A false accusation from 2022 left my Twic card in question and then lost my ability to hold a Twic card. After retaining national security law firm. They were quick with letting me know what documents I needed for a second Twic application. They were very quick with returning answers to my questions through the entire Twic process. If anyone has a Twic issue due to legal problems i strongly recommend national security law firm.
