This proved to be one of my most unpleasant experiences. The owner of the company displayed extreme rudeness and arrogance throughout our interaction. It seemed as if he were advocating for the opposing party's interests. Within the initial five to eight minutes, he completely disregarded my case and began talking exclusively about himself.

Bottom line upfront: I would find a new law firm. A few days ago, I had my initial meeting with the National Security Law Firm, and unfortunately, it was a rather disappointing experience. During the meeting, the owner of the company didn't provide any substantial information regarding my case; instead, he predominantly focused on discussing unrelated issues, specifically concerning the VA, and extensively talked about himself. Subsequently, after politely ending the phone call, he belatedly sent me an email regarding the VA matter. Regrettably, based on this encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend this law firm.
