I was seriously injured in a car accident and although what happened can never be taken back, Chaikin and colleagues did the absolute best to ensure that I received justice, closure, and a fair settlement! Should anyone find themselves in the unlucky situation of an accident, I would highly recommend Chaikin and colleagues!

I consulted around 8 or 10 lawyers in the DC area over an intricate matter I am faced with, and no one was as helpful, compassionate, straight-shooting, and perceptive as these guys. Allan Siegel called me a few times during the day, and, when I told him I couldn't talk then, called me in the evening. He took 30 minutes to explain what other attorneys couldn't explain in hours and hours. To boot, Allan did it for free. The media will have you believe that all legal professionals are rapacious moneysuckers with coins instead of corneas. These guys are living proof of the contrary. If I ever need to recommend a disability/PI attorney to anyone in my immediate circle, it'll be these guys -- particularly Allan.

Customer service is still alive! I was hit on my motorcycle by a car and Erik took care of the rest. Everyone treats you like family from the time you come in the door. Words can not express how well I was treated I walked in sad with injuries and the loss of my bike but I left smiling.
