This is an excellent Personal injury law firm in Silver Spring and probably the best team of attorneys in Maryland. If you are looking for expert knowledge and extensive experience to negotiate the best settlement give them a call! After a car accident in 2011 I was left with major migraines, plenty of medical bills, and an insurance company playing games with my case. I had a lawyer, whom in 2 years had done nothing to help resolve my case; I was in quite frustrated! That’s when I was recommended to Mr. Allan Siegel, and from there things just got better. Everyone one in the firm made it a point to come introduce themselves to my wife and I, and we were all ways greeted with a warm welcome. Allan jumped right into handling my case, and had made more movement with things in the first 2 weeks, than my previous lawyer had mad in 2 years. I was always kept in the loop as to what was going on with my case, which put me at ease. NEVER was there a point where I felt stressed with Allan handling my case. My case settled outside of court with very favorable results. Allan and his staff treated me with a level of kindness and professionalism that all businesses should aim to provide. I was badly injured when struck by a car while crossing with the right of way in DC. They reached back out to me very quickly and had me in their office the next day. This helped greatly in my recovery, as they handled all the legal aspects with all of the different groups involved. I did not have to stress over the details I did not understand how to navigate. I was able to focus on getting better. If you have been injured, I would not hesitate to contact this firm. After my auto accident I was hesitant about lawyers and unsure how to make the right choice. I came across Mr. Siegel while researching online. I couldn't have made a better choice. I was very apprehensive about driving at all after my accident so driving to Washington D.C. made me really uncomfortable. Mr. Siegel was more than happy to meet me in Fairfax since he was already going to be in the area for a deposition so that I would be more comfortable driving with my infant and mother. He accommodated me more than I have ever seen an attorney do for their client. He also gave me his direct line to his cell phone which made it easy to contact Mr. Siegel. Mr. Chatman always notified me as soon as there was progress on the case. I also like that he was very warm welcoming and never complained about all of my phone calls! It is apparent to me that Mr. Chatman loves his job, and he is always going above and beyond for clients. I also like that Mr. Chatman took his time to help teach me some very valuable life lessons. For example he taught me why more coverage and med pay is better. He also taught me how to protect my assets for the future. These are great life lessons that myself as a young person should know. When my case settled I had to go to Washington D.C. but I realized that it is very easy and convenient to just take the metro. Only one train and then walking less than 8 blocks and you are there! I was able to locate the office without any problems. Once I had arrived I was impressed that the two ladies at the front desk were very nice and warm welcoming. I also did not have to wait long and I was brought into an office to go over the settlement. I was greeted by Mr. Sherman and he and Mr. Chatman took their time to go over every detail with me, they even explained the best investments for my daughter who is still a minor. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone who is struggling with the stress of a car accident. They made my recovery far less stressful because they were always taking care of everything. They made me feel like close friends during this hard time. If I ever have the unfortunate need for an attorney again I will call them in a heartbeat!

In November of 2013, I was hit by a drunk driver while stopped for a red traffic signal. This incident occurred on a Saturday morning at 8:55 A.M. Upon my release from the hospital later that day I began looking for a law firm to represent me. I found Chailin, Sherman, Cammarata & Siegel's on-line site. I read several of the reviews and decided to call their 24 hour number that Sunday morning. I was astonished to receive a return call from Mr. Cammarata within an hour. I was given an appointment for the next day, At my appointment I meet Mr. Ira Sherman. He told me he would be handling my case and introduced me to Mr. Erik McConnell, the Case Manager. Both Mr. Sherman and Mr. McConnell were extremely helpful in describing every aspect of the firm's representation. They were professional and engaging in their approach. I was not an easy client to deal with probably because of my law enforcement background and my desire to have the case status up dated constantly. Throughout the entire process I was kept well informed and all the necessary contacts of doctors, hospitals and insurance companies were handled by the firm. I highly recommend this law firm.

My wife got injured in an accident and was hurt quite bad. Her case was extremely difficult as she has a neurological condition so the insurance company was quick to blame her injuries on that condition. He helped us through a very difficult situation and took care of everything for us. He communicated with us regularly and kept us informed but he took care of almost everything for us. We live across the country so this was particularly helpful. The other thing that was very helpful was that he honestly cared about me and my wife. It wasn't just the relationship you expect with your lawyer but he was a friend also. He went out of his way to ensure all of the little things to make this process as painless as possible. Allan Siegel was my attorney on a car accident case where an individual ran a red light & I was injured with lifelong effects from the crash. Once we received the offer from the insurance company, he informed me of the pros and cons of accepting the offer. He was willing & IS still fighting for me on this case.
