STAY AWAY!!! This is a horrible law firm to hire when hiring to represent you on a case OR to add yourself to ANY of their class action lawsuits. You will not get paid stay away! I have been contacting this company for almost 4 months now and they have ignored my calls, text messages, and emails. They issued a check my old address so I called requesting a new check (since the check had expired), and they lied stating that my information did not match with what was listed in their system and they refused to reissue another check. I sent them a copy of the check showing that my contact information was correct and that the check had expired. I am still waiting 4 months now for this law firm to respond and I will be reporting them to the state for their unprofessional and unethical behavior and for their refusal to respond to a client who helped them get paid on the case.

I’m a small business owner who chose Design in DC to build me an e-commerce website. They quoted me a very fair price for my project as compared to the other firms I was considering. Design in DC was very attentive in understanding my vision and understood that I needed to rely on them for many design features. They also suggested a new logo for me that I feel is much better. The discovery phase of planning the site was very thorough with weekly updates and meetings where I was able to meet the team. Communication was frequent and prompt. This communication was continued throughout the development phase and their suggestions along the way were welcomed. Design in DC was also very good about adjusting a couple small things after completion with no additional charge. The delivery date was about two months later than the contractual anticipated completion date, which is the reason for my less than perfect review. Overall, I would recommend considering Design in DC and I am happy to continue working with them.

We were looking for something different -- a completely custom website designed to tell a story. Thanks to the creativity and expertise of the folks at DesignInDC, it has come to fruition.
