I had never worked with an injury lawyer before and he was so quick and responsive to get me going with all the things we had to do with my case and he handled everything so I didn't need to worry at all. The Dupont Title staff member I was assigned was rude, slow to respond, and a poor communicator. She was unprofessional, raised her voice often, spoke poorly of other people working on the title process, and was dismissive and aggressive when asked questions. She also did not provide any instructions unless asked, was behind schedule, and was so negligent that Dupont Title missed key deadlines that affected our closing. If not for other organizations stepping in, I would have lost my home at the last minute. Please choose, or instruct your realtors to choose, any other titling company.
