I'm currently working with Mr. Nawash who is representing me on some tricky landlord/tenant situations in DC and MD, and some issues with a condo board. So far everything has been efficient and well-laid out. I am counting on his partnership as we go forward with these cases. Previously he provided advice on a cash for keys situation which helped me with two tenants who had been difficult. He derives ways to help everyone from a large landlord to small landlord or a tenant.
