I have used Ali Pournader and DuPont title several times and each time my experience has been nothing but professional timely and painless. They were responsive to all my questions and concerns and made the process efficient and pleasant! Thank you! The Dupont Title staff member I was assigned was rude, slow to respond, and a poor communicator. She was unprofessional, raised her voice often, spoke poorly of other people working on the title process, and was dismissive and aggressive when asked questions. She also did not provide any instructions unless asked, was behind schedule, and was so negligent that Dupont Title missed key deadlines that affected our closing. If not for other organizations stepping in, I would have lost my home at the last minute. Please choose, or instruct your realtors to choose, any other titling company.

I am pleased with Hugh's performance in regards to my interest and recovery. He made the legal process rather smoothly and delivered maximum possible result, as he promised.
