Solomon Law Firm, PLLC saved my life. I was terminated from my gov't position for ridiculous reasons. I contacted this law firm in Feb 2023 and not only did I get great representation from Eve Pachter Esq, she was able to settle out of court and get my retirement. The misconduct was removed from my SF-50 and I received a phone call from another agency which offered me a GS-11 position with their Agency. My start date is in Dec 2023. 17 years I served my country in the military, and 20 years in federal gov't was almost thrown away because of nonsense termination. I am very happy and relieved that this law firm cared and gave me new life. Thank You Ariel Solomon and Eve Pachter. If anyone needs help with wrongful termination from gov't agency Ariel Solomon Law Firm PLLC is the firm to call. Thank You! Cordially WS

It is my personal and professional opinion that a better choice could not be made than to retain the Solomon Law Firm for Federal Employment Issues. As a Federal Employee of over 30 years I was impressed with the demonstrated knowledge of Federal Employment Law, Regulations and especially the Collective Bargaining Agreement, including its history and applicable case law. This proved critical in settlement negotiations, recommendations, and most importantly during the ensuing hearings. Only hours into the hearings federal attorneys were holding and shaking their heads in dismay as their case had been picked apart leaving them looking inept and even foolish. On a personal level Aerial and Paul made me feel comfortable, cared for, and assured of the legal standpoint of my case. I would even consider them friends as we stay in friendly communication to this day. Outcome; After months of low-ball settlement negotiations, discovery, and depositions the federal government ended up offering and settling far in excess of any offer provided on my behalf. The local Union Representative stated, "I knew you would win, but that settlement is better than I could have estimated." As there is no non-disclosure agreement as part of settlement, I don't mind sharing some of the outcome; Full reinstatement, all back pay and benefits, additional funds in excess of back pay, removal of all reference from my record, restriction on disclosure of any details, documents and records related to my employment, and best of all, THEY HAD TO PAY EVERY PENNY OF MY LEGAL EXPENSES!

Need a compassionate, fierce, knowledgeable warrior in a federal law situation? Solomon Law Firm and Ariel Solomon is the right place to go. Feel like you've been lied to, trampled on, betrayed? You are safe in consulting with Solomon Law Firm. They will provide you with an honest assessment of your your case, letting you know right up front if you should pursue further or not, saving you more time, agony, and money. Speaking of money, once this firm takes your case the charges are more than fair! More importantly, Solomon Law Firm will fight fiercely and ethically to get you the best settlement possible. I bless the day I found Solomon Law Firm to take my case. My particular discrimination case took a few years to come to fruition, but with constant personal communication, compassionate care given to my worst fears, and outstanding professionalism and knowledge in dealing with the opposition and in the courtroom they finally attained an outcome better than I had dreamed could happen. I received the best monetary reward possible; but more imperative was the fact that I gained back the self-esteem and confidence I had lost. If you have suffered injustice in the federal system, Ariel Solomon and Solomon Law Firm, PLLC will right that wrong!

Ms. Solomon and her firm represented me in my case against my employer, the U.S. department of Homeland Security. I could not be more thankful. I can only describe Ms. Solomon as a force of nature who put my employer over a barrel. She has an incredible presence and dominated the courtroom and the testimony. She delivered a forced settlement from DHS and left me with a smile and a feeling of vindication. I got a very large settlement after Ms. Solomon destroyed them at the hearing. My supervisor –seriously-- cried during his testimony. If you are a federal employee and have a complex case like mine, don’t trust your profession and your federal career with anyone else. This is your lawyer And this is your law firm.

Ariel has a presence that engenders confidence and yields success. I made the right choice and the department of veterans affairs knew it. Thanks to her diligence, perseverance, and pure skill level my medical degree and professional reputation remain intact - exactly where they belong. Ariel exhibited an impressive knowledge base as she won my case. Her actions spoke volumes about her character when she helped me arrange the funding necessary to see my case through to completion. Since my case's completion I continue to rely on Ariel's skillful counsel as issues arise.

Ms. Solomon was my attorney for an MSPB case in 2013. She filed and immediately requeated an extension. When time came for the hearing she talked me into postponing the hearing to show the Judge "good faith" that we were trying to settle the issue out of the case. She claimed if we do not settle we it would only be about a 10-day delay and we would be issed a new court date. I agree to listen to the what the agency was offering but Ms. Solomon neglected to tell my experts of the cancellation and I was required to pay their services which were not rendered. Ms. Solomon negotiated a settlement which was similar to the one I had rejected before hiring her sevices. When I regected this horrible offer she attempted to guilt me into accepting by say the Judge and I do not know why you would not accept the money. Two months later I finally get the chance in court. Ms. Solomon acted assured but when my firat accuser was on the stand she neglected to ask him about incidents which I had brought to her attention which I thought was crucial. This person accused me of not being fit for duty because I was suicidal however as I brought to Ms. Solomon's attention this Officer had two incidents of false statement on his record one of which was a negligent discharge of his service weapon while he attempted and failed suicide. Another witness I had requested was a trained peer counselor who I asked to stand foe we as we had frequent conversations because we served together for 15 years. On the stand Ms. Solomon had no relevant questions for the individual. At recess I asked Ms. Solomon why she did not question individual more Ms. Solomon claimed that she did not feel he was open to answering as he had been during the phone deposition. Ms. Solomon determined that after her one question to that individual even though I had written notes to her during the defense questioning. I asked her why she did not go into detail with the individual, a trained peer counselor who I had regular conversations she claimed I never told her. Yet, I had and she was aware that is why I had him on my witness list. Beside the verbal explanation, I was writing note to Ms. Solomon during the defense question which I did not realize she was ignoring. The MSPB is a process which should have taken abot a 120 days to resolve. The attories agrwe with the Judge to submit cloaing arguments in writing but the for the Judge to decise the case was coming due so with the concurrence of Ms. Solomon and the defense the case was dismissed and refiled by the court allowing time for the parties to work on closing. Not only did the dismissal give Ms. Solomon time to complete closing the Judge also gave addition time one the case was filed for the parties to file their closing. With all the EXTRA time Ms. Solomon had to complete the closing she was still late in filing and requested a last minute extension to complete closing. Now with the closing statment submitted by both side the Judge by MSPB regulations should have decided the case at or about Christmas of 2013. I had contact with Ms. Solomon until about March of 2014 when Ms. Solomon and her staff stopped replying to my phone messages and emails. The MSPB had been delayed due to extra high volume of cases they did not have the the staff to accommodate. Since Ms. Solomon stopped responding to me I figured she had dropped me as a client because I was no longer able to pay her fees. There was no funds on retainer. I contacted the court in mid to late March 2014 and received a call from the Judge in early April 2014. The Judge explained to unusual high call volume and promised a decision to me before 90-days. He also explained to me that he should be communicating with me directly as I have an attorney.

I hired Ariel Solomon to defend me in a suit that was brought against me by a company whose services I used. Because Ariel had an excellent understanding of both the legal process and the negotiation process, what started out as a suit against me, concluded as an award to me by the initiating party. I consider myself to be a fairly bright and capable person with significant experience in negotiating large business deals, but I have to admit, hiring Ariel was by far the best action I took to defend myself.

I had the privilege of having Ariel represent me in a USERRA case against the federal government. She is without question one of the smartest lawyers I have ever worked with and all I can say is I'm glad she was on my side and not the government's!
