Timeline estimates for dealing with the USCIS were spot on, and throughout the entire process he provided very detailed responses to questions I raised with professionalism. Once my date became current, things fell into place quickly and the visa was received within 6 months. His associate/paralegal Y.F. was particularly kind & very helpful.
