Kristen was an incredibly diligent advocate and patient counselor during this personally difficult time. She (and her employer Lynne Bernebei @ Bernabei & Kabat) listened carefully to my experiences, walked me through the various possibilities, produced a thorough, well-documented, well-researched demand letter and, during discussions with my employer, advocated for my position with calm for. Essentially, she listened to my employee's point of view, but responded with calm and informed points. Lastly, the process was new to me but she was extremely patient: She explained the steps, helped me understand the legal definitions and reassured me when during, what I perceived, as tense negotiations. I am pleased with the results of the final agreement and highly recommend her.
