She may have a good deal of expertise in medical malpractice law. My sense is that she herself is a "good" attorney; however, the firm in which she works dictates a very high standard in terms of recovery dollars for it's own coffers and Ms. Amell must comply. The unfortunate, preventable part is that with me she signed a retainer contract for my case, and never fully disclosed what was happening, inferred that notices were being served that were not, and ultimately I dismissed her because of her non responsiveness and reliance on a colleague with a clear conflict of interest in the case. Since this presumably wouldn't happen with every client, I gave her a 'fair'rating. My own experience was poor.
