Excellent straightforward advice. No overpromising. They tell you like it is and give you conservative timelines for approvals. So you are left pleasantly surprised when things are processed quicker than expected. They helped our family with a Petition to Adjust Status, and Immigration Petition, and a Follow to Join petition for a minor family member. Even when we had an issue with processing times at USCIS due to COVID, they still provided advice on how to make sure we stayed in status and followed the law properly. My friend recommended them. She did so after a successful petition case through them. Before hiring them she spoke to multiple other lawyers and found the fee structure at Deutsch, Killea, and Eapen to be the most transparent and straightforward.
