Patrick Regan saw my case through to completion, explaining the process as we went, always in a professional, thoughtful, and knowledgeable manner. I had selected him based on his AV rating and was very pleased with his work and the outcome. He sought settlement from my auto insurer under the terms of my policy (but which the insurer did not volunteer - in fact the insurer cited a cap from a different section of my policy). When I interview attorneys, I wasn’t sure what, if anything, I might receive for significant out-of-pocket expenses.
