This firm helped me to obtain permanent resident status. Morris and Carolyn suggested me to apply in the "outstanding researcher" category. This approach proved to be successful. The application was approved in a short time and my permanent resident card arrived in about three months from the day we submitted the request. They guided me through every step of the complex process and they were always ready to answer my questions. They show undisputed knowledge in the field and professionalism. Scott Oswald, and the Employment Law Group successfully represented me in a five year whistleblower/employment case against my employer, a U.S. Government Agency. Attorneys are like physicians in that when you need a specialist, you want the best. The ELG may be expensive, but I have found that you get what you pay for when it comes to representation. Our case took five years to litigate against the Agency and the Merit Systems Protection Board. Ultimately, my case went before the U.S. Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and we won a precedent setting decision.
