I couldn’t have been happier with Brett and his law firm. From the initial phone conference to representing me in my TWIC application waiver, his firm was open, professional, helpful and honest. If you know or even think you might need help with your TWIC/HME applications, do not hesitate CALL THIS FIRM, and HIRE THEM. I knew that I would have serious issues concerning obtaining my TWIC/HME credentials, Brett and his team made the process seem simple and easy. He wrote an amazing brief, and I have no doubt that my waiver being approved is a direct result of the amazing work that he and his team did! The best decision I made was to not handle this process by myself and to spend the money required to hire Brett and his law firm. I found Brett O’Brien by conducting a google search when I had my security clearance revoked. He was quick to respond and knew exactly what I was going through. We never met due to the whole COVID 19 pandemic but that didn’t mean he wouldn’t answer any of my concerns promptly. After working together on my issue, we fought the revocation during an appeal and won!!! Thank god and Mr. O’Brien! Believe in the process and have faith. I highly recommend.

Brett and his team are everything promised on their website and more. We hired him after a preliminary TSA denial, and the matter was resolved beyond our expectations in a short turnaround. He's easy to work with, very responsive, and highly adept in his discipline. He pursued a resolution to our case with the kind of assertiveness one hopes for in a lawyer but dealt with us in a very personable and pragmatic manner. If I could give him more stars, I would.

I cannot recommend National Security Law Firm enough. My GE membership had been revoked. I was almost resigned. However, despair gave way to hope following my first call to Mr. O’Brien. In Mr. O’Brien and Ms. Hughes, I found attorneys with a commanding mastery of the appeal process. The attorneys were caring and honest, never creating a sense of false hope. I was denied a Nexus renewal, so I found Brett O'Brien Law online and talked with Brett on the phone. He specialized in TSA/CBP appeals. He also had a career in government service similar to mine and convinced me to appeal, so I hired him to represent me. In general, I am reluctant to hire someone over the internet, but in the case of Brett it was an excellent decision. He is very knowledgeable, fairly priced and always returned my calls ASAP. Most important he won my case. I have the highest regard for Brett and his advice. You could spend a lot more and receive a lot less.

My husband was denied his TWIC card and we didn’t know how to approach the waiver or appeal process as TSA doesn’t make it clear, they only tell you how much time you have to send your paperwork in and the disqualifications. I didn’t know how to even start and this was so incredibly important to our livelihood.
