I had an unfair situation with DOS many years back and when getting an offer with DOD the situation came back to haunt me. I was going to need help. I came across this law firm and decided that Bret O'Brien had the profile I wanted. I called and I was transferred to Carl Marrone instead. I was a little disappointed. But after a few minutes of talking to Mr. Marrone, I could start appreciating some of his traits, empathic, friendly, extremely professional and most important I realized that he had a broad knowledge and understanding of the issues at hand and a vast experience in the area I required some extreme expertise! Suffice to say that within the hour I had signed the agreement and paid the inital fee and we were on the go. Mr. Marrone was diligent, always met the deadlines, he was prompt in replying to my concerns, questions or comments. He was also good in returning calls even with his busy schedule, he always found the time. He was able to negotiate an extension for my case which it enables us to prepare our case better. I am happy to report that just this week DOD granted me the Top Secret security clearance due to the impressive work performance by Mr. MarroneI. This was the GREATEST experience I EVER had working with a law firm in any capacity. After the initial shock of having my security clearance eligibility revoked and having a few consultations done with various firms, I found the National Security Law Firm and Brett O'Brien. Brett was the first attorney to tell me we have a good chance at overturing the revocation. I ultimately decided to choose Brett and his team to tackle my case and I could not be happier that I did. I want to thank National Security Law for all their support. I am currently in the Army on Active Duty. I had an incident that jeopardize my security clearance. I self-reported the incident to my chain of command, i received a GOMAR but I was able to stay in the military and keep my security clearance. Both Brett and Carl answer all my questions and work diligent to get me a good outcome. Anyone who is going to similar situation and your security clearance is at risk should consider hiring National Security Law. They are the SME on security clearance.

When I first consulted with Vanessa, I told her I needed an attorney who would put their hair up, roll their sleeves, and not be intimidated to go against the powerful as I was seeking a divorce from my spouse who was 20+ years military and a federal law enforcement officer. She did just that! My spouse's attorney was a prominent politician in our county and Vanessa never backed down from their antics. They helped me work through a lengthy and confusing (no fault of theirs) Global Entry application and never gave up even through multiple rounds of back and forth - we eventually succeeded 14 months later, but through it all they remained professional and responsive.
