We had the opportunity to work with Ben recently on a project to re-incorporate our LLC in a different state. Ben was both highly knowledgeable on the various legal and tax implications of the move and very quick and efficient at executing the change. Ben also structured the changes and explainedeach step clearly, so that each contract and document was easy to understand. He made what could have been a long and complicated process, one that was easy for us and complete within no time at all. To elaborate: I am beginning work at a start-up and contacted Ben to review an Offer Employment Agreement and a Non-Compete Letter. Ben went through the doc the next day and sent through a thorough mark-up of the docs. Every one of the comments was thoughtful and value-add; nothing superfluous. Our 30 minute call to review the comments was a fantastic experience. Ben had backup and context for each of the comments.
