I’ve been working with Price Benowitz and their team for a year and a half regarding an accident I was the victim of last year - very straight forward, 100% at the fault of the other party. I truly am not sure how all these reviews are good. Perhaps I got unlucky with my paralegal, but Cynthia has been extremely difficult to get a hold of and I’ve had to resend her documents more than once. She’s always out of office and when I was finally able to schedule a call with her, she missed it and took over a day to try and reschedule it. She never responds to emails either. It takes weeks of me following up with her to get a response. As of yet, I have received to follow up with regards to the status of my first accident which should have been resolved by now. This whole process has been a waste of time and grossly unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend Price Benowitz at all and I regret choosing them to assist me.
