I will never be able to come up with the words to describe how pleased I am with Ms. Naima Said and her wonderful team. My immigration history is complicated and began when I was three years old. I spent a lot of my adult life meeting different lawyers who took a quick glance at my history and simply informed me that nothing could be done. Now, thirty-three years after my journey began I am officially a permanent resident of The United States! And it is all thanks to Ms. Said and her team. I called and consulted about my immigration case, reading the reviews here gave me hope thinking that they will assist me with respect but apparently the person I talked to who is Brittany Jennings was irritated when I asked her to repeat what she said since I couldn't hear her. I apologize to her repeating the same thing again since I couldn't understand (it's as if she was whispering on the phone) and she calmed down a little bit. I understand that it is a free consultation but I still might be a future client, I was confident that I will go with this firm but after that service???? I guess not. I am disclosing my problem and hoping that at least you will talk to me with respect as I am giving you that but RAISING YOUR VOICE when the potential client cannot understand what you were saying? I am very disappointed and will never trust good reviews until I experience it myself. Ma'am if you're going to see this I hope that you speak clearer and talk with some respect and not SCREAM AND GET FRUSTRATED WHEN SOMEBODY CANNOT UNDERSTAND YOU. If only I can give you guys a 0 star I'll do it.
