Awful, disorganized, a CLUSTER. I would steer clear from this law firm. All of the calls are routed to people who are not in the office and who can barely comprehend English let alone basic questions about the status of your case. They always say they’ll call you back and never do. And I have not talked to one attorney since the transition. My mother and brother used Naima Said’s services to file a U-visa. After 5+ years of waiting for adjudication, these people FAILED to update USCIS that they moved offices from Columbia, MD to DC. So for years, piles and piles of immigration correspondences went to a chiropractor’s office that is now in their old building. As I type this, USCIS mailed work cards for my mom and brother that are no nowhere to be found because of this law firm’s NEGLECT in doing something as simple and sensible as changing the address on their G-28s when they moved. Imagine waiting FIVE years for something only for someone you trusted, YOUR lawyers, to be so negligent that you now have to request the most notoriously slow agency on earth to replace it for you. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

This people aren’t good at all I’m very disappointed with the work the have done so far I hired them to petitioning my mom ,dad,and my son and none of the cases where approve I’m a US Citizen and my Family never been in this country so there is nothing special for this cases any others lawyers would have never made all the mistakes that they make and now they don’t even care about the cases they even Hang up the phone 2 times when I call to check on my cases this is bad business

They had fast response times and I sent them my CV. What I did not like was that they tried to charge me for a Consultation even though they knew I was ineligible. It's only after I asked follow-up questions that they mentioned that "I am not eligible" but I can pay if I still want to talk to the lawyer. They should have mentioned it in the beginning instead of just asking me to pay so I can proceed with my case. I could have lost money for nothing.

My experience with this institution was exceptional. The staff were always ready to help and very nice. They also did everything in time. Their work throughout the process of getting the residency was great and I am glad I switched to them from my previous law firm. I would definitely recommend them to those wondering if they should or not.
