I met with Fran Campbell and Nima Farahani this afternoon for legal guidance on a judgment filed by my former landlord. Fran and Nima quickly determined the unlawful detainer was invalid for improper service and thoroughly explained potential next steps. They were very candid about the cost of litigation potentially exceeding the amount of the judgment, and I was so surprised when Fran offered to make a phone call right on the spot to the landlords attorney to help me resolve this nightmare. I ended up with a clear strategy which would have never been possible without their expertise. Most importantly, it was very obvious that these two individuals really care about helping tenants who have been unfairly victimized by unscrupulous landlords. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone needing a tenant advocate.

We spent with Attorney Campbell only about 20 minutes (at the free legal clinic organized by the Coalition for Economic Survival--I must thank them for this), but during this short period she impressed us with her quick and sharp mind, compassion, and deep analysis of our situation. Frances M. Campbell stop the housing and management companies from trying to make me homeless. Her immediate actions of notifying these agencies of their wrong doing made a huge difference. Matthew Einhorn helped my family resolve a neighbor dispute that was an ongoing saga for over a year. We begged, pleaded and even sent a demand letter (from another lawyer) and nothing worked.
I was relieved after my first phone call with Matthew because he listened, empathized, and gave clear guidance on how to address the situation. Matthew was extremely prompt in providing a well articulated and detailed demand letter with all the layers and specifics of our particular situation. He also set a date to complete the list of demands. Lo and behold, our neighbor paid half the cost of a property line fence, cut down trees and removed dead debris and brush by the date specified in the demand letter. What could have been a dangerous situation was resolved with Matthews help.
I am very thankful we somehow found Matthew because he treated us with great dignity, respect and thoughtfulness while other lawyers simply blew us off. Ive only had to deal with lawyers a few times in my life and I never walked away feeling happy about the outcome. Not the case with Einhorn. They are the most professional, prepared, organized and knowledgeable guys I've ever met. I can especially recommend DAVID RAFT, Senior Associate at the firm. I must single him out because he has gotten me an H1b VISA, an E2 VISA and lastly the coveted GREEN CARD through the EB5 process, all without a single hiccup.
David and his team are calm, cool and collected. No flashy stuff. No tricks. Just down-to-earth honest advice and spotless professional work. I worked with them for years and they have not made one single mistake! They are also extremely responsive, getting back to any of my questions within 24-48 hours.
Fragromen is truly a BRAND, known for quality and professionalism. The USCIS, Immigration, knows them for the quality of their work, so, you are off to a good start if your case is handled by them.
Fragomen is not on the low-end as far as costs go, but I can assure you, you'll get more than your money's worth. My mother always told me: get a good doctor and a good lawyer; don't cut corners there. In the end, cheaper immigration services end up costing you more. Prior to David, I worked with a couple other services, only to see my life completely turned upside-down, having to leave the country for six months, etc... all because of their lack of rigor and knowledge. I had an issue with the Orange County Social Services at the courthouse here in Orange County. I was given a public defender from the public defender's office who did absolutely zero for my defense however managed to string me along and not do anything for me but for the prosecution did everything for them. I did not want to say anything more that will affect my case however let me tell you this if you think you're going to get anywhere with a public defender you are absolutely lying yourself. The child services people including the courts public defenders children's attorney State appointed attorneys Social Services and the judge all work together to keep you in check until you either screw up or until you find an attorney that can make things happen more quickly than normal.
Martin has done wonders for me for my defense and hopefully for the immediate return of my newborn. Martin has more experience then all the lawyers including the judge in regards to my case and probably others. He knows the law he knows what is needed on both ends of the legal sides. His experience speaks for itself however he's done a great job so far on my case and we're fortunate enough to have him help us through this difficult time. Very nice guy to the point and very professional. The best part of it all is that we have a very confident competent attorney in the middle of this ridiculous legal mess that we are in.
