Palmer was my divorce lawyer, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Beware: don't be fooled by the good reviews like I was - it must be family and friends.
My divorce was uncontested, my ex and I agreed upon everything. The total process cost $7000 which is more than other firms.
At one point, I reached out to Dana Palmer to voice that my lawyer was not meeting my expectations for communication. He quickly jumped on a call to tell me how I had no reason to complain and they were way better than industry standards.
The next day my assigned lawyer was fired. Coincidence?
I had approved the final divorce decree, and it was sent to opposing council to sign. The opposing counsel made amendments to the final divorce decree, and sent back. Palmer law group did not notice the opposing council's changes, and neither did I. Due to the lack of attention to detail by myself and Palmer law group, I lost ownership of property that I did not intend to.
I also think it's a huge red flag that a lot of the negative reviews of this law group are commented on by the law group stating their side of the story. A law firm should be more professional with how they address client's negative experiences instead of gaslighting.

Listen up everyone interested in estate planning for your legacy! I have relied on the advice and legal consulting services of the Baranski Law firm to help in the development of multiple estate planning documents and other needs. He is friendly, relatable and completely down to earth. I have never met someone so knowledgeable who offered so much information and guidance on an initial call. You will be completely satisfied working with him on an estate plan for yourself and your family. Please check out his free Guardianship for Kids designation services. It's outstanding to say the least. I'm sending all the parents I know to him for this one feature because even if they have everything else - they don't have this added feature in place to secure the precious little ones! So in short, I would suggest hiring him now. Attorney Ron Baranski handles everything remotely. At first I was uncertain about how this would work out logistically but after going through the process I would choose it again and recommend it to all my friends. Basically, I was able to complete a few meetings with Mr. Baranski from my home and then when it came time to sign I was able to sign and get documents notarized and witnessed from the comfort of my home. What more? He has excellent customer service and years of wisdom gained experience.

Ron knew precisely how to prepare our wills and how to prevent going through probate. When my husband passed away, everything was easily transferred into my name because of the steps he told us to take ahead of time. When you’re grieving, you don’t need extra issues to make it harder. I highly recommend him for your legal needs.

I don't even know where to begin. Greg and Hope have been the greatest of help. They helped me with one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make! (family law) Within a few minutes of our first phone call, I knew I had a great attorney and staff to represent me. He was honest and i mean honest he doesn't sugar coat anything, straight forward and definitely knew what the court would do/not do. That is what you want in an Attorney! Nick did amazing! I needed him on a dime and he was there and I got my son back immediately after he was being held from me unlawfully. Mistakenly I used a crook of an attorney before him and she did absolutely nothing for me! Nick did more for me and didn’t even charge me a fourth of what the other lawyer charged me! Also he has the most amazing paralegal Amanda, she was there when I was scared and panicky to make sure I was okay and to assure me that everything was gonna be okay!

I got fired from working at a huge corporation, as an older woman with a disability after being with the Company for nineteen years. I initially contacted a couple of attorneys who were not interested in taking my case or even talking to me. Fortunately, I found Dan Atkerson. I left a message on hisanswering machine and he immediately called me back and took the time to listen to my story. On the spot, he agreed to represent me.
The Company refused to give me any severance pay, but after just four months, Mr. Atkerson had finalized a settlement, and I promptly received a check. There was not any out of pocket expense for attorney’s fees. Giving up a small percentage of the settlement in exchange was so well worth it. I never would have received a settlement without Mr. Atkerson.
My former giant company has the best of the best attorneys. It’s not easy winning against them and they are intimidating. The only chance you have to win is to have an attorney yourself who is the best of the best. Mr. Atkerson not only stood up for me and helped me get what I deserved, but I know that justice has been done.
If you unfairly get fired as I did, don’t think that you don’t have an option. Let Dan Atkerson help you. He did an incredible job helping me.

Following a minor accident, I ran into some Red Tape at my Chiropractor when I tried getting adjusted. It was already late day (430ish pm) and Mr. Rose's name was referred to me and I called him immediately. I explained my situation and my view about the accident. Mr. Rose took my case that evening and had everything rolling that same evening. I received Chiropractic Care and my case was closed quickly. Of course during this time, the Insurance Company attempted to "Low Ball" me on the damage to my vehicle but Mr. Rose did not allow that to happen. Mr. Rose was able to work out a settlement that took care of all the bills and everyone involved. Thank You Mr. Rose for everything and for taking my case Right On The Spot!
