To say I had a complicated divorce would be the understatement of the century. Yet Brent took my case head on and fought harder than any attorney I had used prior to him. He always made sure to listen, hone in on the details and actually take action. His knowledge of the law is impeccable and in one particular instance, within two days of hiring him at that, he used that knowledge of the law to stop a situation happening.
Even after moving hours away now, I will never use another lawyer again. I truly mean that.

It has taken awhile to write this review, not because i am ungrateful for the work Dennis and his team has done, but because what this Great Man has done is a miracle, and it has left me speechless. I know in my heart that anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney in the Amarillo area is not going to find a more honest, to the point, no BS, attorney than Dennis Boren. I have a prior conviction in New York, and Texas wanted to enhance the penalty, so it was absolute that i was going back to prison. Dennis and his team saved me, and I didn't go to prison. i didn't realize how fortunate i was until after learning that the deal i got "never happens!" Mr. Paschal was an absolutely awesome lawyer. I was charged with a 2nd degree felony possession of marijuana and not being a US citizen i was very concerned. Mr. Paschal was able to have me plead to a lesser non drug misdemeanor charge and i was placed on 2 years of deferred probation which after competing 1 year he was able to get me off and the case against me has been dismissed. He is very knowledgeable with the laws and i would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in a similar situation.

My daughter was arrested for possession of marijuana. She is 21 and currently attending college. When I got the call from her saying she was in jail, my heart sank. Of course, I was concerned about her safety, but I was really worried this would have a negative impact on her life. A local attorney friend of mine found Mr. Paschal through the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. She put us in contact with him and we were impressed with him during our initial conference. After we hired him, he worked what I consider a miracle. My daughter was allowed to participate in a diversion program where formal charges were not filed against her. She now has the chance to keep this off of her record. When I contacted Ben I was exhausted emotionally and physically. I had been rear-ended and was suffering from many mistreated issues. He gave me great council to get the help I needed. He kept me informed along the way and took a huge burden off of me. Mostly, he was kind and trustworthy. I knew he cared about my specific situation and I knew he was being totally honest. I recently hired Todd to represent me on a criminal case. I thought I was just going to have to go in a plead guilty and take my punishment but Todd looked at the case and realized some problems with it. He was able to get a plea offer from the DA for a lower offense. I was able to plead to that for probation and no jail time. Way better that I expected.
Todd always returned my calls and was quick to answer text messages for any questions I had.
Hopefully I won't need to but I would hire him again no question.

I hired Ms. Copp to handle my divorce. She was very knowledgeable and informed me of all of my options during my consultation. During the time before my hearing, I felt very comfortable approaching her with questions and concerns which she promptly addressed. She gave me a very clear idea of what to expect in court. I was referred to Robert Hands by a friend of mine who lives in Amarillo, TX (I do not live in Amarillo and have no attorney contacts in that area). Myself and my siblings had decided to do a full probate due to some mineral rights that my Mom, who passed away in September of 2014, had owned. I had interviewed two other law firms in the Amarillo area and could not believe their fee estimates for this work. I was very pleased with Robert's fees, based on my understanding of what fees should be for this type of work, given the particulars of my Mom's estate. Important to me also was the fact that Robert is a professing Christian individual. I would definitely recommend Robert based on my experience in dealing with him.

Mr. Batson, in my opinion, is a number 1 choice for hire as an attorney. He was there for me on a Manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substaince charge, followed by a probation violation and got me a deal to where I can still continue on with my education and not be a felon. He did this is more then a timely enough manner, checked on me while I awaited court in Randall Co., and is very explainitory in helping you understand the exact situation you are in.
