Leigh represented me in my divorce against a VERY high conflict attorney. While I wasn’t able to get my ex-wife to agree to a Collaborative Divorce, that didn’t stop Leigh from using her skills to minimize UNNECESSARY conflict. But by no means does her style of practice mean that she simple advocates for her clients to rollover. After attempting to keep costs down by negotiating a settlement with my ex-wife’s attorney, she arranged for us to meet with an exceptionally skilled mediator to settle our case. I walked away with both a parenting plan and an asset division agreement that I was very happy with.
Had I not hired an attorney at all, I’d have unknowingly given away all of my parenting rights. And because of Leigh’s low conflict approach, I have a much better co-parenting relationship with my children‘s mother than I would otherwise.
I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I wanted to know if there was a decent chance to win if my current lawyer appealed a ruling in a civil case. I am an engineer and have little knowledge of law. I found attorney Ken Masters using a ChatGPT search. Ken spent almost 1.5 hours on the phone with me. He carefully listened to some details of the case and talked me through the issues. He gave me lots, and lots of very helpful information. He is definitely a very knowledgeable attorney. He helped me reach a far more educated decision about how to proceed. Charlie was nothing short of a blessing in a time when I felt like my world was falling apart. I retained Mr. Shane to represent me to amend the parenting plan with my daughter's mother. I could go into all the piddly details but instead I will tell you that Mr. Shane is very good at what he does! He replies promptly to email, he returns phone calls. Yes, these are things that I would expect from an attorney but he definitely follows through. He explains why some things should be done a certain way. If you have an idea about something but he doesn't think it will help or improve your case, he doesn't just say no. Instead, he takes the time to explain why and ultimately, it's the clients' decision. We were able to get the parenting plan updated to satisfy what is in the best interest of my daughter. I would also comment that Jazmyn, Mr. Shane's paralegal, is excellent too. She took all of my calls and was able to put my mind at ease, which was often.

I hired Karen to handle a very difficult situation at work. I was at a loss on how to proceed without heavy reputational and financial damage. Karen was calm and collected, gathered my information, and was very clear on what I can and cannot do. We received a letter from an attorney threatening legal action if we didn’t respond to alleged property line encroachments. We were able to see Piper within a few days. She evaluated our situation and advised us of alternative approaches to minimize costs and take advantage of our long time property ownership. Piper worked closely with us to prepare our case and negotiate a boundary line agreement with the neighboring property owners. She kept us appraised of progress and set a positive tone in working with the attorneys for the neighbors. At all times she was very professional and focused on our best interests. When I recently had some family business and estate planning to do, I engaged Lincoln Miller. The two characteristics I value most in attorneys are competence and trustworthiness. Lincoln has the relatively rare (for attorneys) combination of both. Our circumstances were unusual and a little complicated, but Lincoln grasped our needs and helped us create two revocable trusts and and LLC. Lincoln is very professional and a great lawyer. I somehow feel like I am his only client when talking with him - he never says he will have to review my file and get back to me. He can remember the details of my specific situation with great ease. He is also very responsive both via phone and email. I work with him from out of state to help out my father in WA and the distance is not an issue in our communications and he has been very flexible in meeting me when I am in WA.
Most importantly, his services are superb and he delivers on everything we have set to do. I'm very confident in Lincoln's abilities. If you are looking for a great lawyer who is also a stand up guy, I'd recommend Lincoln every time.

I am a Real Estate broker and have been fortunate to have had Adam Morrow review some of the challenging contracts that banks are now writing. With a lot of properties being short sales and bank owned property it is imperative to have an attorney review the paperwork. Banks are writing contracts
that are very one sided and Adam is very patient in explaining to potential buyers their risks, and often
has been fortunate to have changed some of the language on the contract to protect the buyer.
Along with Adam's integrity, thoroughness, and compassion, Adam has a great sense of humor and can often relieve some of the tension with his witty sense of humor.

Adam Morrow made my experience with the legal system stress-free . He was available to answer my layman's questions clearly and always responded in a timely fashion. After I was injured by a negligent doctor, I selected Ms. Morrow as my attorney because of her history as a competent lawyer and a Registered Nurse. It was wonderful to have an attorney who was knowledgeable in the medical aspects of my case; many of the attorneys I initially consulted with had to stop me to explain what certain terms meant, and that was incredibly frustrating for me. I never had this issue with Jane.
In addition to her medical knowledge, Ms. Morrow had an instinctual and intellectual understanding of what to do at every turn in my case. She was always supportive and explained the legal things I did not understand without ever making me feel stupid or burdensome. I really believe that Ms. Morrow cares about her clients' long-term well being. How many lawyers can you truly say care about their clients as people, and not just as case statistics? In my case, for example, Ms. Morrow supported me in pursuing action against the hospital and doctor who negligently assaulted me; other attorneys I consulted early on wanted me to settle for as much money as possible as early as possible, even if it meant not pursuing action against the hosptial. Jane really listened to me and understood that I wanted, more than anything, to spread the word and prevent this person from hurting anyone else. She never made me feel pressured to come to a rapid monetary conclusion to the detriment of my personal goals.
I cannot say enough about what a great attorney Jane Morrow and her cohorts are. If it is important to you that you connect with an attorney who listens to and supports a client through difficult times, who is knowledgeable about medicine in addition to law, and who is a generally good and caring person, you cannot go wrong with Jane Morrow. I am so greatful that I found her during the worst time in my life, and I cannot imagine what might have happened if I had been swayed to employ anyone else.

I had a real tough case with very little time for discovery. Hayes did an outstanding job with what he had to work with and definately gave it his all! I hired Mr. Huber after an initial consultation in which he presented himself as empathetic and willing to help. However, I had nothing but frustrations after that. I had to reach out repeatedly to ask for updates to my case, often with no response. When I did get a response, it was often curt to the point of rude. Finally, he took advantage of extreme distress on my part as I attempted to contact him under a tight deadline, by requesting additional payment a mere hour prior to our scheduled phone call and with one day to make a response in my case. This felt extremely predatory.

My mother used Foster Law for her will. Unfortunately, she never went in to have it signed. She is now in assisted living and not only wants to sign it, but make some updates. I contacted Foster before coming into town (I live in SoCal), and was told they would squeeze us in on a Tuesday or Friday. When I got into town, I was then told the next available meeting was 3 weeks out. I explained that wouldn't work - could we do something with a mobile notary, any solutions that didn't require a trip into the office, etc. I was offered a day two days earlier than the first, which again, would definitely not work. I told them I'd pursue other solutions on my own. I was then left a passive aggressive voice mail from Dorothy Foster chiding me for my obvious lack of understanding of WA law. Do yourself a favor - use legal zoom, line up 2 witnesses and a notary and save yourself the frustration of using an attorney who has zero empathy and zero customer service. Do not support these folks.

Let me start by saying, I do not like this woman. I have known her for 50 plus years and was married to her for 6. But, the truth is the truth. She is a tax advisor that you should not trust. She financed a home renovation and an addition to her ....what was ours....I hers.....by not paying taxes for several years. The addition/renovation cost way above 500,000.00 she said to me ......after she lied about it to me.....that it is cheaper to take out a loan from the irs than it is from a bank........that is the kind of honest, hardworking, accountant she is.
