I spoke to two RE lawyers before speaking with mark regarding a lease I was trying to get out of due to the affects of covid. Mark was the only lawyer that didn’t try to sign me up for a retainer, he was straight up on my situation and found one clause in my contract that could possibly help me with my situation. He didn’t push me for a large upfront $400 consultation or a retainer. I took his advice based on the clause he found in my contract and it worked. My landlord agreed to a reasonable termination fee. I highly recommend mark, extremely ethnical!

I had an attorney back out on me just a weekend before my Monday hearing, scrambling to find help on such sort notice, Terry answered the call! Like most attorneys I spoke to, he was unable to be there BUT instead of writing me off. He talked with me and walked me through everything! Talked me through my information and informed how it should be used to go in favor. How to handle the hearing as a whole. He was very knowledgeable! Although I only consulted Mr. Warren, I felt very comforted and validated by him in a time where I needed immediate guidance. He promptly got back to me and took time out of his day on a Sunday to talk with me on the phone and review a case summary via email. I learned a lot in terms of my workplace situation and he thoroughly dissected my story. He then did refer me to someone more specialized who could help. Jon Warren was recommended to my parents while I was still unresponsive in the neurological intensive care unit. I personally met with Jon in the rehabilitative hospital where I spent seven weeks and he began to develop my case.
He reviewed my extensive medical records, had his personal investigator (a former police officer) analyze the accident scene, police reports and re interview the accident eye witnesses. Jon researched all legal cases historically similar to my situation.
The best thing that Jon suggested and arranged was a complete functional assessment of me by two nurse rehabilitative specialists who developed my life care plan based on current and future health care needs and anticipated health care costs not covered by medical insurance. They predicted my annual health care costs and recommended health maintenance interventions such as equipment, annual medical appointments with specialists (urologists, wound care specialist,and psychologists) and adaptive physical activities.
I credit Jon's attention to these details which greatly assisted me in a positive recovery from such a life changing event as a spinal cord injury and traumatic brain injury.

I was looking at 90 days in jail with 5 years of parole. Ed got me 72 hours in jail and 6 months parole. He may be more expensive up front, but he saved me hundreds of dollar on the back end. His fees were less than what I would paid in fines and court costs. Not to mention, he allowed me to get over this hump quickly and get my life back on track.

Mr. David Mckenzie is the person you want on your side when you are in a bad situation. I consulted him when i was going thru a lot of stress regarding my case. He is not greedy like some other lawyers i came across when i was actually looking to consult/ hire. He listens and understands what the other person is going thru and immediately goes to work and tells you what you should do and what his next step is going to be. I was in a bad car crash where I broke my nose and had surgery to my hip. The other lady's insurance company was giving me the run around with all sorts of mumbo jumbo lawyer talk and sending me paperwork I needed to fill out that I didn't understand or know what they were for.
When I first looked at hiring an attorney, I wasn't quite sure where to go. Since I didn't know any attorneys I naturally looked to the internet. Although Jon and Ryan were from Philly and I lived in Pittsburgh, they had the best reviews and many were from Pittsburgh or other parts of the state. Their reviews included fighting the insurance company tooth and nail to get what their client deserved while also taking the time to talk with the person and explain to the person everything the person needed to know so they could make their own decision.
The car crash I was involved in was nothing I ever asked for or wanted to happen, but from the start they had my back. Ryan and Jon were with me every step of the way. They took the time to explain to me that the insurance wasn't going to pay me what I deserved unless I took them to court.
Ryan explained to me the process, what we were up against, and what we could possibly expect. This included the positives and negatives. At court we had a great verdict and I was very pleased with the outcome.
I would highly suggest Jon and Ryan.

Cynthia helped with with a paticularly complicated military divorce and related child custody and child support. She cotinues to assist me with ongoing custody and support issues as they arise 7 years later. I always get a prompt reply from Cynthia and she spends the time to fully understand the issue and what outcome I am hopeful for she kept me in the information loop for each action or response in the case. She's very honest and reasonable/realistic with her advice. Additionally she is patient and professional in each contact I've had with her over the years. Bringing a personal injury suit is arduous and extremely stressful. I had no concept of this four years ago when I was struck from behind by a young man who was texting. It would be one of the most intense experiences of my life. What complicated my case was that I had pre existing conditions that would end up getting lumped into my current long term injury.
I had limited tort which surprisingly made it so that 2 firms I spoke with wouldn’t even take my case. A friend had recommended Bryan Hanratty to me. The minute I met him I had complete faith in him. One of the things I liked best about him was his compassion for the agony I was in and the way it has affected my life and the lives of my family. I am no longer the helpful creative force of nature I was 4 years ago. My family could depend on me for just about anything.
Bryan took that part very seriously. He understood the personal aspect of a personal injury. Bryan gave me the courage to go the distance for a long drawn out claim including several stressful depositions and ultimately arbitration. By the time we got to arbitration I was convinced I would lose the case and have to live with the ongoing daily excruciating pain because someone wasn’t looking while driving. Yes, accidents happen, but an accident can ruin someone’s life.
I’m a natural born surrenderer. I loathe conflict and stress. It’s easy for me to run the other way. Every time I told Bryan I felt discouraged he would tell me not to worry.
He ultimately won the claim for me. He tells me we did it together but I know for a fact it was him. There’s a warrior in him even though he comes off like a guy you would want for your neighbor.
If you need someone for any kind of personal injury, I would say first, it will be tough. And there won’t be anyone more capable and professional and encouraging than him. I give him 10 out of ten stars.

I recently referred a client to Adam Zucker for a serious criminal matter. The client was the husband of a good friend and colleague of mine.
