Ben is a competent second-generation family law lawyer who has greatly eased the stress of my divorce case. I was recently in the position of looking to purchase a company I had worked for as part of an employee buyout. The entire situation was uncharted territory for me and I was VERY lucky to come across Davis and his awesome team. Like many others I was rather intimated by the process of trying to buy a business since it was something I had never done before, or really ever considered.

Eric Ludetke has been my lawyer in 2 separate legal issues, in both cases I was surprised by the results, which were very good in my favor. I contacted Michelle several months ago with an inquiry regarding my possible lemon. I approached Michelle because her website was extremely clear on what a lemon was, how she serves her community, wonderful ratings, and how easy it was to email her through her website. After providing her with some information about my car, she responded to my email with a phone call on the same day! This was extremely pleasing to know she was monitoring her emails and reviewing the inquiries. We talked over the phone and she provided me with advice and tips on moving forward. In addition, she was honest. She let me know initially that I had a lemon case but a minor case and explained to me how to proceed forward. With her advice, I moved forward with the tactics provided by Michelle on pushing back against the manufacturer myself. To my surprise, it was a success! Michelle's advice worked and the manufacturer agreed to repurchase my car! I was stunned and ever so thankful for her help. I updated Michelle on the success and she was just as happy as I. To be honest, I felt awful because she just helped someone who could have been a monetary client. But that didn't matter to Michelle, she was just as excited as I was and even offered to review the repurchase offer! After working with the manufacturer for a couple of weeks, they posed an offer letter. I sent it over to Michelle and she quickly reviewed it and explained why it was a great deal. When Kathryn Greer took our case, it seemed like a lost cause. She worked tirelessly to help us find and achieve justice in a very difficult area. Many other attorneys would not venture to help a church that was in the middle of a legal battle for its property and church buildings. We even had judges that were confused by the corporate versus religious issues and did not want to even rule on the case due to their fear that they would be overruled in appeal (which some were). Not only did she help us achieve legal victory in the property rights case, we were able to be reunited with our church property. Now, we can complete our religious mission to be of service to God.
Our case is very involved. We won the primary case, which is the key to final victory. We still have 4 more to go. I am so pleased that we engaged Kathryn and her firm to represent us. Our 3 and one half year saga is soon coming to an end.

Last year my family and I decided that it was time to get our wills done. The problem was that I really did not know where to begin. It seemed that google had ads and results for so many lawyers, and I was hesitant to just pick one randomly and go with it. So that hesitation turned to procrastination, and our resolve to get our wills in place was put on the back burner. Fast forward a few weeks and by chance my husband and I get Joanne's information as a referral from a mutual friend who just got their wills done by Joanne. Long story short, I think personal recommendations and referrals are the way to go when needing a lawyer that has the experience necessary for estate plans. Which, by the way I learned is a lot more involved and complicated than just having a will in place. Joanne was extremely thorough and took the time to explain all the steps and processes that are a part of an overall estate plan. Please take this as my personal recommendation for Joanne's services.
