I usually don’t write reviews but I felt I have to about Mark. I hired Mark Morenz-Harbinger to help settle a complicated will and trust of my parent’s estate. I am not quite sure how to review Mark, other than to say thank you. He helped me when I couldn’t help myself. He had compassion for me when I couldn’t form sentences without crying—and he spoke up and fought for me.
Mark’s ability to listen and decipher my devastating story gave me hope. So, I just want to write to thank him for his patience and perseverance...and most of all thank you for your knowledge of the LAW. I appreciate all of his hard work.

My case began as a pro se case, and when the other party refused to properly comply with orders and attempt to deviate from them I elected to hire Mark a year into the case. He did an amazing job with representing me. In my opinion my case was not an easy handle. I would hire him again in a heart beat if I had to, but I would do so from the beginning.

My family chose representation with Mr. Keller after dealing with seemingly whimsical employees at the passport agency for the better of 6 months. The agency would not send us a denial, but constantly claimed that the very documents they asked us to send them to be insufficient. We consulted other firms which told us that we indeed required an attorney but could not help us with the issue or would need a lot of time and resources to do so.
Mr. Keller was easily able to assess the situation, compile all the information, and devise a strategy to help my family acquire their passports. After 6 months of jumping through hoops, Mr. Keller was able to help my family acquire passports in a matter of only 2 weeks after his correspondence with the agency.
I have never met such a professional, well-organized, kind and knowledgeable legal representative. For his services, his prices are quite reasonable and he gets right to work. It's also worth mentioning that communication is top notch, he is always on the go but is never too busy for you.
I highly recommend that anyone who needs representation in his areas of practice to consider Michael Keller, he will not let you down.

Attorney Blakley helped me file seven copyright applications.
She researched what was required to get a copyright, including navigating the copyright website and helping me answer the questions correctly.
Attorney Blakley was very thorough at explaining the pros and cons of mailing or
e-filing my application.
If you make a mistake when filling out a copyright application and file it anyway, you have to pay for it again and again until you get it right, but with Attorney Blakley she helped me get every thing right the FIRST TIME.
She also helped me write a simple contract between me and my artist.

Ken and Terry Venneberg went up against one of the most formidable Corporations in the world, Morgan Stanley. No other attorney firms had the "guts" to take them on. It was a good case, but "the good 'ol boys" were not going to budge no matter how much it cost them. Ken and Terry stuck it out, kept me informed, were honest and very knowledgeable. We agreed upon a settlement one week before the trial began because Morgan Stanley, in all their arrogance, forgot to get a nondisclosure and that was what I really wanted. To be able to shout it from the "rooftops".

Had 17yr battle,4 denials..hired Ann and won our case within months. A person needs representation and seldom succeeds alone. The downside was my husband passed away less than a year after winning his case. The upside is I recieved the widows benefits,allowing me a little easier life in my retirement years.

As I put pen to paper I realize I have no words to do justice to the battle waged on my behalf by Rick and his dedicated team of justice fighters. I am simply not capable of putting into words the gratitude and respect I have for them as professionals, people and warriors.
Warriors must rise to the top to defend those incapable of defending themselves. Not all battles are fought on the battle field. Evil comes in all shapes, colors and sizes and often disguises itself as good. As long as we go forward with the truth and there are honorable warriors to fight on our behalf, as you and your team have proven to be, the truth will prevail no matter how powerful and deceptive the opponent may be.
The team of men and women led by Rick Friedman are dedicated to doing the right thing. Why? Because that’s what men and women of honor do.

After being charged with a DUI Mychael provided me the information I needed to be proactive in the case. With only a few months until I was moving back home from WA he was able to get my charge down to a lower offense. Which gave me an easier opportunity to get my license. back and work on getting home. Mychael Raya did an exceptional job for us when I hired him to represent my brother-in-law. It was a unique situation that the police & prosecutors were handling 'by the book', and rightfully so, but Mychael did an outstanding job conveying the nuances of our case to the prosecutor BEFORE it went to trial. He also was open-minded enough to let me have input on the matter.
So, if I were asked what made the entire endeavor successful, I would say its about relationships.
Mychael did a great job relating to my brother-in-law's dilemma, relating to me in what I was trying to accomplish, and, most importantly, relating to the prosecutor and judge in a way that was successful and brought forth the desired outcome.
I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again if needed, or recommend him to a friend.

My last ability to appeal SSDI, Shawna Shearer became my lawyer and I received full back payment, and regular monthly payments within 4 weeks of ALJ!! Mr weaver did my appeal for a cps case that had nothing to do with me. My name was never in no slogans what's so ever! I told my weaver I want to be at my appeal two times. I only talk to Mr weaver twice for like 3 min. Every time I called his female assistant would say his busy or not there. Long story short Mr weaver and his assistant would not give me the login for court told me that I'm not allowed to attend my appeal. Not only that how can Mr weaver defend me and turn in my appeal if he talk to me twice for only a second!? I finally got the report he turned in. It was like the social worker said here turn this in. Mr weaver assistance hung up on me when I called demanding a call in number to attend my appeal. I plan on filling a lawsuit here soon . I would stay far away from Mr weaver as possible. His work can't be trusted period

DO NOT hire Amanda Williams as a GAL. The bias and incompetence demonstrated while assigned to my sons child custody case was staggering.
She displayed clear signs of bias when she took his exs word as gospel and was completely wrong about her. The ex has now dumped the children and moved out of state.
Williams drug her feet in regards to the timely submission of required court documents causing my son to have restricted contact with the children. This problem also caused him to pay an additional six months of child support costing him thousands.
She ignored details from his daughter’s counselor that were vital to the case. She also forced my son into supervised visits which he had to pay for that gained her a profit.
There’s more but I’ll cut it short for now. In conclusion just like the old saying “ the man who defends himself in court, has a fool for a client” the same is true for anyone who hires Amanda Williamson.

Just got done reading the weak response from Williamson. In reply, I made it clear from the start that I wasn’t the client. Not appearing are any denials. I have a large folder of every document you and my son exchanged including the emails and texts that you absolutely ignored.
Everything you did, or did not do is documented. You can brush it off by saying I wasn’t your client but that doesn’t change the incompetencies of you and your firm. I hope for the public’s sake you retire soon. Being part of the good old boy system does not relieve you of your obligations. Again-DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN!
Apparently Williams is upset over someone telling the truth about their firm’s incompetence. I stand behind every statement made in the review and I challenge these clowns to a public discussion about their incompetence. I’ve said from the start that I wasn’t the client. You keep harping on that fact instead of focusing on the problem at hand which is your absolutely horrendous handling of my son’s case.
Inappropriate? That’s the word that comes to mind when you call yourself an attorney.

Absolutely horrible to have to feel like you’re forcing someone to do their job and even more so to discover they are following every social media account of the other party, even their dog’s, but have you blocked and claim to have never been biased. Nina is an excellent lawyer. I have been fighting for custody against my sons father for three years and in the couple months I've had her as my attorney she has gotten positive results for my son and I. I am very thankful I have her as my attorney. Nina is a waste of your time and money. She took my case, leading me to believe I had a great grounds for what I was seeking in my custody matter. Instead, the judge ended up rolling his eyes at her more than once through the hearing. All I ended up with was attorney's fees and a judgement against me. Worthless.

Nina was absolutely incredible from start to finish! She was extremely knowledgeable about the state laws and my options. My case was long and complicated and with Nina's help it got done in the time that she said for the cost that was quoted. She was always straight forward and made no promises that she could not keep. Awful experience. After calling back several times I reach out. Eventually I get a return call, start intake process. She asks me how she can help. I let her know I have a detailed complicated situation that may take me a minute to explain. She cuts me off near the beginning and says "I'm sorry to interrupt but what is it that we can legally help you with?" Before I've had a chance to explain anything or express my concerns. I felt shut down immediately and like I was an annoyance to her. I became so flustered I could not continue the conversation or explain anything. I come to see the reviews on here are bad and now I understand why.

Absolute worst possible experience with this law firm. They sent a different lawyer to our court date and didn't tell us until he showed up. He had no knowledge on our case. Billing was ridiculous. Due to screwing our case up entirely, Todd himself told us there would be no cost for him to fix his mess up. Not only did the other side get what they wanted.. They were COMPLETELY in the wrong.. With complete confidence before our court date that we would win, the other attorney Daniel that works for him, was awful in court. He didn't use all the evidence that was given to him.. He managed to leave out the most important details.. I have literally met with the attorney twice! I hired him 8 months ago. We have to go through the paralegal for everything. The whole firm fails to take us serious. Telling us it would be a bad idea to go back to court, unless we paid another full retainer... In that case they could get the judge to take us serious, and be on our side. I am now moving on to a new attorney, and will NEVER even consider sending someone to buskirk and associates.

Hired Wade to help me get custody of my kid. Waste of time and money! Talked up a good talk when he did his consultation, but when it came to the real thing, he totally choked on every front. Didn't get back to me no matter how many times I emailed or called. He does pro bono work and that's probably what he's only good for. Thank goodness the court ruled in my favor, but that was because of my work and the help I got from my friend who's a paralegal. Wade charged all that money and didn't do anything he promised.

Mr Wade knows the law and sticks too it. Very intelligent and is a lawyer I would trust with my money. Doesn't play games with you like other attorneys and he fights for what is right. Too many attorneys in the area are lazy and inconsistent. Mr. Wade is none of those.

My experience with Philip Wade has been far above what i expected. I was very surprised to find a lawyer who is morally and respectfully sound. In my specific case he cared immensely about the child involved and seemed to do everything he could to do the right thing. He was professional though sympathetic during those tough times. He was inattentive to the facts and medical issues associated with the case.
As a defense atty., his lack of knowledge or awareness of the US Supreme Court case, Brady v. Maryland was not only alarming, but ultimately led me to pleading guilty to a charge, that I was not guilty of.

"sign the agreement or I will withdraw from the case" were the words that Mr. Tracy used. Because I could not afford to hire another attorney, I had to go ahead and sign, despite misgivings I had on the wording of the agreement. Ten years later and I am still paying for that mistake. Upon contacting him to rectify the situation, I received a curt letter saying "I no longer handle divorce cases." No advice, no recommendations, no referrals. Because of his demand, I have overpaid my child support to the amount of $12,000.00 which I stand little chance of getting back. I have lived a life of poverty because of his words. Think twice before hiring Mr. Tracy.

found this lawyer with very little experiance should have looked at when she entered the bar,and choosen someone with more experiance in this field especially when concerning some ones children would advise everyone to do their research before hiring attornerys in general who specialies in certain areas and not such a wide range of things.in my case failed to look and listen to actual facts on certain issues !
