Arthur was hands down the best we were in and out he handled our situation professionally and very quickly we put together a portfolio of pictures and videos of a worn down apartment with lead nice mold our landlord was not making repairs so Arthur worked his magic and we were all very pleased with his services I recommend him to anyone thank you.

Myself and my former roommates worked with Arthur in order to resolve a dispute with our former landlord. Arthur worked directly with us and was consistently attentive and professional throughout the process. He did an excellent job of explaining all applicable laws and procedures, thereby making the process far less stressful than we were expecting. Attorney Andrew is the best. I got him at the very last moment for my case and he was willing to take it and help me. He is very knowledgeable, he knows what he is doing and offer you 2 or 3 solutions depending on your case. He is very compassionate and has the best intention for the clients that he is working with. He is not one of those lawyers who is there just to make money off of you, he is there to help you at any cost to the best of his abilities. He is truly one of a kind. #EB-1A Approved in 12 days only# At Casseus Law, Rachel told me my case would be approved easily, even without extra requests for evidence. Even though I wasn't sure, she seemed very sure. I can’t find words to express my gratitude for an exceptionally excellent job Lauren had done during my divorce case which was finalized recently. She is truly the most intelligent, diligent, highly knowledgeable, confident, fearless and bold attorney. I didn’t start with Lauren but it was the best decision I made when I hired her (as my 3rd counsel) after firing two previous incompetent and non-transparent attorneys. The divorce was stuck and lingered unnecessarily for nearly 1 year before Lauren represented me. No attorney can beat Lauren in strategy, transparency, timely response, knowledge, and for an honest advocacy. I did not start with Lauren, but I am glad I finished with her!! Lauren set a strategy and laid the ground-work early which allowed me to recoup many assets which my spouse had stolen / dissipated during the marriage of which I had been unaware. She built a foundation that allowed us to chip away at lies that were told about me and our family by the other party who decided to go low while we she went high with facts placed in the proper legal context. There were multiple situations where the opposing side refused to provide information; Lauren would have none of it, and over the course the hearings, gave the judge all the information needed to order the opposing side pay legal fees in three situations. I felt that I had a team on my side, and my role was to listen to Lauren’s counsel and provide her with all the evidence she needed to execute. Lauren’s experience, knowledge, relationships with financial experts she engaged upon on my behalf allowed me to move on to build a future where my life is my own.

Many qualities set Mr. Shaw apart. He has incredible attention to detail, time management, great communication, he is humble, and easy to approach. Mr. Shaw likes to speak with his clients and family members himself. We do not need to call his office, we call his personal cellphone and email him, we like that we feel this connection with the attorney. He is so patient, we would ask the same question over and over again and he would not be bothered to repeat and help us understand the process. Mr. Shaw is not business as usual like most attorneys. Attorney Ian Keefe is quite simply the best lawyer available in the Boston area for driver's license issues, traffic court, and clerk magistrate hearings. Ian was able to get my case dismissed in one appearance in just minutes. Just as important, he instilled confidence and peace of mind leading up to hearing. Ian deserves more than the five stars. I hired him to help me with a restraining order. He wrote down every detail of my story and cared about every detail. He answered calls quickly and reassured the extreme anxiety I had. It was his attention to detail and real empathy that won my second attempt at an RO. Amazing attorney and great person. Mr.House not only believed in me, he provided me the best defense. The court officers even told me when I was in the back that this “this is the guy you want. Trust me.” When I asked them about him. And they were right. Jameson swiftly got my case dismissed due to exculpatory evidence on my cell phone. I would give 6 stars if I could.

I engaged the services of Altman & Altman after my recent bike accident, and they have been amazingly efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and functioned as my advocate with the insurance company to get me the fairest settlement possible. Anthony O'Connor was assigned to my case, and he kept me apprised of progress every step of the way. He offered what I would label "valet service" in terms of making every part of the process easy for me. He ensured that all medical bills were covered, followed up on each property damage portion of the claim (re: my bicycle equipment), and he successfully negotiated the best settlement available given the constraints of the insurance company. It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Anthony, and I highly recommend him as a top-notch legal advocate.

I have known Mr. Ciano for over 30 years now. He's a very firm all business guy. Frank doesn't waste any time. He's emotional but in the way you want your attorney to be. He's animated and at times theatrical and I mean that in the most flattering way. He's compassionate! Is a better word. As landlords, we contracted Erica to review our existing lease and modify as she saw necessary. There were definitely a few sections that we were missing in our agreement. I was in a really bad car accident back in 2010 and the insurance guys were giving me such a hard time. I wasn't getting anything resolved except denial of their responsibility. Attorney Edward J. Swan saved me when I was in a terrible spot in Probate and Family Court. When I first met with him, he explained everything so I knew what to expect. It took a lot of work but we won my case due to his diligence and determination. He always kept me informed about what was going on and he was always prepared. I was referred to Ray Watson having left a Multinational Technical company and joined a technology start up company with 13 angel investors. Despite holding multiple degrees and an MBA, we had reluctance and difficulties being a startup without history. Roy was magnificent for being aware of the options, how to handle the difficult situation and for guiding us round the obstacles caused by inflexibility of the "standard" immigration bureaucracy. His creativity and willingness to create options is what stands him aside from other classical lawyers and always friendly, optimistic (and with reason) he is a true gem to anyone wanting Immigration. I ran into financial trouble a few years back and was so scared I was going to lose my house. I had no knowledge of the bankruptcy process, didn’t know what to expect, and was scared to lose everything. (not to mention the embarrassment). I hired Kate Nicholson and I’m so glad I did. First of all, she made the process so easy for me. She explained everything in terms that I could understand and calmed me down when I panicked a little. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process and I felt “safe” with her in charge. I really felt like Kate genuinely cared about my case and worked hard to get the best outcome for me. Eric ‘s quality of service, was impeccable in my opinion , he got a reasonable settlement in my case, more importantly he aided me in getting my life back on track; spiritually, financially, and mentally. Rita expertly guided me through a sensitive and complex eviction case - which I won with her help. She was just the right balance of compassionate and assertive that the situation required. In addition, her experience navigating evictions that involve hoarding was extremely helpful. Rita spent time clearly answering all of questions. She was a strong advocate in front of the judge, and in communication with the other party’s council. Most impressively, she was able to keep the situation from becoming unnecessarily contentious. After the eviction, the tenant’s family even stepped in to pay for some of the damages to my unit, since they appreciated how we were willing to work with them through the eviction process. I believe Rita’s approach made this possible.

Rita helped me to resolve long standing tenant problem. I spoke with number of attorneys before her and was under impression that my situation is unsolvable. Rita took the issue, researched it, brought my tenants to court and managed to move them out and even get some compensation for me from them! To my amazement I didn't even need to go to court. She called me from court and let me know that she worked it out with tenants and presented their resolution to judge. In next 2 days long time non paying tenants moved out and I've got compensation check from them. That was miracle for me considering time and efforts I spent trying to resolve this situation myself.

Since April 2011, I have recommended eight clients to him and every one came back thanking me. He will review the case at no charge and advise clients with very honestly. He will not continue or accecpt clients that lie or hide material facts in their case or support clients who he know are not honest. As long as you tell Tony the truth , I believe he is capable of winning any case in immigration. One friend I refered to him, came back and stated that he will not take his case because his case is full of fraud and manipulation. He is very proffessional and cannot discuss clients cases with any other person. My immigration case lasted for twenty-six years and I spent over One Hundred thousand dollars in Attorney's fees, and his charge was the lowest fee I paid in this case. He worked with me on a payment plan and when he saw how much effort I was making to pay, he took off $2000 from my total bill. I was recommended to Liz by a friend for a divorce I was going through, and as the title says, I cannot say enough good things. My ex's lawyer was leveling some pretty high level nonsense against me that could have made my case turn out very poorly. Liz did an absolutely amazing job of handling my case. She obtained a settlement much better than I would have obtained otherwise and I am extremely happy with how everything turned out. She is very easy to work with, is professional, and is also caring. She is not just a "professional attorney," but she understands the personal side of things as well and is caring. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat. My ex's attorney was charging double what Liz was, but Liz out lawyered him hands down. She is extremely competent, professional, and is always on your side. Over the almost 4 year period since we hired Jonas Jacobson, he has very professional in his service and diligent in his work on my case. The case was due to Wells Fargo wrongly foreclosing on my home in Lexington, Mass and Jacobson succeeded in taking all the necessary steps to handle this less-than-ideal situation, worked out a very good settlement agreement with Wells Fargo (after having to do a long appeal) and just today handled the closing so that we have paid off this bank, severing our connection with them and salvaging our over $200,000 of equity that would have been lost otherwise. I am extremely grateful to have found Jonas Jacobson and I can personally say the he is the most honest, fair and dedicated lawyer I have ever worked with.
