Attorney Mr. Arusi Loprinzi of Perkins Law is a bright shining star. He rapidly stopped harassing communication with a cease and desist demand letter and negotiated terms regarding a property buyout. Throughout the process he listened attentively and communicated clearly, efficiently, and promptly. He knew the law, advocated for my best interest, and was direct with his recommendations regarding action steps. He solved two of my major life stressors in just a few weeks, out of court, with a favorable outcome.
Anyone can read Mr. Loprinzi’s accolades on his bio/CV demonstrating that he is highly intelligent and experienced, but he is more than that. There is depth to him. There is kindness. Arusi helped me through quite possibly the most difficult time in my life. He was caring, professional, knowledgeable and realistic. He was quick to respond to any emails and phone calls and always shot me straight. We ended up successful in court and he made the very difficult and emotional process of divorce so much easier. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Christian! My case drug on for nearly two years and I wanted to give in multiple times. Christian encouraged me to not give up and gave sound advice on how to keep proceeding. He was very clear with how my case was proceeding and forwarded all emails/correspondence from the opposing counsel to keep me well informed of what was going on. I was referred to Barry from a friend who had used him and was really pleased in his services. After a consulting with Barry I knew we should hire him. He was amazing! Profitt law is one of the best HOA Law firms in the northwest. I have worked with other firms and finally found a home with Profitt law. I found this attorney to be extremely knowledgeable in her specific area of expertise, i.e. condo law, in addition to being extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the general practice of law.
She was also very responsive as I was always able to reach her when needed to discuss various aspects of the case. and she kept me totally informed at all times.
She listened to what I had to say about the case and we had a very co-operative and mutual exchange of ideas as, unlike many other attorneys with whom i have worked with, she realized that the client knows more about his or her case than anyone else; and ,therefore is someone whom the attorney should listen to.
I was extraordinarily impressed with her knowledge of all of the facts of the case and the law and her willingness to "dig" for all of the pertinent facts and law.
One aspect of her handling of the case that most impressed me was her willingness to go the extra mile and learn about other matters that were going to have an impact on the case. She did whatever it took to make certain that we would prevail.
She was unquestionably willing to stand up for my rights in the most difficult of circumstances when many another lawyer would have backed off. But she also knew when to compromise and work with the opposition at the right time to amicable settle the case. In other words, her judgment skills were impeccable--- something that is not taught in law school and that is lacked by many an attorney.
Finally, although not really of any consequence when compared with making certain one wins and everything else that is involved with litigation, she was very reasonable with her legal fees.
I was extraordinarily impressed with this attorney on all levels and would very highly recommend her to anyone.

I was in a minor fender bender in 2001. After wasting two days on the phone with the insurances, my husband told me to find a lawyer. I found Mr. Dalton and he even reffered me to a chropractor, who in turn sent me to a message theropist. If I had not found him I would have been in pain and not able to seek treatment till after I delivered.

I called Blake my law bodyguard while he was working on my case because that is truly what it felt like. I had never even considered suing someone before my burn accident and I barely had the confidence to pursue a settlement when I came to Blake with my questions. Both he and the paralegal on my case, Wendy were very sympathetic to my situation and gave me the confidence to get my life back after my accident. I was terrified of the person who caused my accident and I didn't have to speak to him once. He even referred us to someone who could help mediate our differences. I feel so lucky to have found Blake and Wendy. Do yourself a favor and give them a call (which by the way they replied to faster than any of the other lawyers I called about my case).

When it comes to process service, I can’t say enough good things about Solid Serve Legal and Tea Godfrey. She was professional, responsive, dedicated, thorough, and both time and money-conscious.
Diligent: Although the person I needed served had avoided Oregon’s Clackamas County Sheriff’s department for weeks, Tea got the job done within a matter of days, tracking the person down and literally leaving their mouth hanging open that someone had finally managed to serve them.
Client Updates: Along the way, SolidServe Legal kept me punctually updated as a client, providing sound documentation of her visits, attempts and successful service, which included in that communication GPS coordinates, photos, commentary and date, time and other important information. I tried to be as helpful as possible by providing them all the information I had to assist in them trying to find the person, and to their commendation what I provided was carefully and thoughtfully utilized.
Price: While she was a very slight bit more expensive than other options, she was worth every dime. My advice: Spend the money, and get the job done right. It’s worth it.
Follow-up: Tea was very professional, responsive and timely in filing the service paperwork with the County Circuit Clerk and judiciary. This is important, especially when you’re trying to get the slow-moving wheels of Justice to turn.
I can’t say enough good things about her and her process service and process serving business. I gladly give Solid Serve Legal and Tea Godfrey 5 stars and worth every one.

Barry Engle represented me from 1997 to 1999 approximately..His team thought the case was not worth fighting. Barry believed in me and knew my beating was not justified. At the end of the fight he ended up winning the case. This was long ago. I can't imagine what he could do for you now with his 20 plus more years of experience. I highly recommend Barry Engle!!!

I was very disappointed with the service I got especially for the tens of thousands I was charged. I had trouble getting anyone to return phone calls and emails yet when they wanted more money they hounded me for days and their collections guy was just this side of Guido. In the end they wouldn't help me anymore if I didn't pay them another $5k. Everything was done at the last minute and offers were done without my consent. It was basically damage control with absolutely no real concern for me as a client. As a matter of fact I got more information from my ex and their lawyer than I did from my own. When they did respond to my emails it was with responses like talk soon, and will look into it but I got charged every time for that. When I emailed to check on status because they didn't update me same thing, full charge even when I had to repeatedly request information because they did not get back to me, they blew through 5k every two months with no progress. I got charged many thousands to sit down wi a “paralegal “ that they fired and days of data supplied by me was simply lost. A true spousal support discrepancy was deemed “ indefensible “ by Mr. Oliveras and the last time I was innhis office he had more due diligence watching a basketball game during the “session “. They dropped me during settlement negotiations and really should be charged with legal malpractice. Then I ended up defending myself as when I got upset on unapproved settlement terms they told me that I was recorded on their phones and that “Greg would review my recording as to what they would continue to “represent “ me - lol. In the end my ex and I managed to come together and settle it ourselves with my ex's lawyer writing it up, filing it, and my ex giving me a copy of the agreement because my lawyer couldn't be bothered. If for some reason I ever need a lawyer again I will not choose this firm. It has put me off all lawyers, and I hope to never see this team of lazy salespeople again. I am ordained and this was already a very rough situation for me and was contentious in the beginning which is why I was looking for the assistance of a lawyer in the first place even though I didn't really have the money they wanted. Sadly nobody would help me or even cared or even asked about my disabled child at home or showed any concern about my financial reversal. This is the service I got. I'm way worse off financially now all to get an agreement that my ex and I made together with no help from the big 007 Oliveras Law Group.

I hired this attorney to assist me with a personal legal issue. He soon became overly personal and very unprofessional. He had no regard whatsoever for my legal situation and instead initiated personal calls after hours to my home. He was selfish and acted extremely out of context. Our legal situation was ultimately unresolved costing us thousands of dollars and time. This attorney needs to revisit his ethics and how his actions effect others. We do not recommend him and would not hire him!

This "attorney" took payment for a very simple case. On two occasions, he failed to file paperwork on my behalf which resulted in a summary judgment against me. He is a very poor attorney. Prior to his disciplinary hearing that I filed, he called and left me a message that he would like to give me a refund (over 2 years later!). HOWEVER...I have called and left several messages trying to get the refund he offered. Not a single call was returned.

I am a single case, so I can't speak to her broader treatment of clients, but I feel discarded and ignored. We went to her to get a revocable living trust. We initially waited 2 months to see her, due to her workload. I should have taken this as a sign. It's now been about 9 months since we finally signed our papers and we still don't have copies of them. She virtually never answers the phone, and never returns calls when I leave messages. I've sent 9-10 emails since May of 2018, and she has answered exactly 2 of them, both saying that she was sorry for being busy. The last one said she'd get back to us in a week... that was more than a month ago, and she's back to ignoring us. We gave up and are moving on to a new attorney. I'd really love to get copies of the paperwork we already paid for (in time, tears and cash), but I'm no longer holding my breath.
In terms of the quality of the work in creating the paperwork, I have every faith that she did diligent work. She asked lots of good questions and helped us think through many contingencies that we hadn't previously considered. In the 2 actual meetings we had with her, she displayed the kind of care I had hoped for, and was in fact why we chose her.
Unfortunately, after all of that... we have nothing to show for it. Since that last meeting in May of last year, we were so casually and so thoroughly discarded, you'd think she had retired. Because of this, I not only cannot recommend her, personally, but I must actively caution you against choosing her. It's not worth the frustration.
