After I being arrest and two times in the pass, being out side of the USA for more than 6 months and being married 3 times. I pay 4000 to a lawyer (Flávio Carvalho in SF) that did the application wrong and I had to reapply again.
A friend told abou Isabel. She manage my case very well, with integrity and honest in all aspects of my application and interview. I was able to get all the original papers ready for the interview with her help. During the interview the officer ask everything and for all the document... and more. I consulted with Don when my landlord didn't refund my security deposit on time. I was prepared to go to court. Don helped put together a letter where we outlined the law about security deposits as well as some information that showed the condo was in great condition when we moved out. I can't say for sure, but within a few days of receiving the letter we received our security deposit.

I hired Devika Choudry after my mom passed away when I wasplaced in charge of her estate. There were several issues I needed help navigating, and Devika was not only knowledgeable and skilled at handling my probate case, but also kind and understanding. Devika ensured that all debts that were able to be were written off, and that the investment company released my mother's funds to her estate when they were resistant to doing so. I doont believe I would have been successful in handling this case closing the probate without her.

Always available to answer any of my million questions I would have.
He was always easy to talk to and explain my situation. I fully trusted Mr. Weber and in this day and time when it comes to Lawyers thats something you don't hear very often. But I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for an attorney dealing with Employment Law or Bankruptcy. I came to work with Attorney Eric Schweitzer through a referral from another firm in Fresno. The nature of my case, in other Attorney's opinions was not only unwinnable, but many barely looked at the documents or assumed there was a particular statute (1203.4 - which does not restore firearms possession) in play and therefore declined to even look into the matter for me stating my firearm's rights would only be reinstated with a pardon. Obviously, I disagreed. Please note, I have been fighting this issue with the CADOJ and the FBI since 2019 when I was originally denied a firearm purchase. The original dismissal dates back to 1997.
When I contacted Eric, he requested copies of all of my documents, scheduled a zoom call (I live in MI) to review everything and talk with me. On our call, which by the way, he took time to do on a Saturday because of my work schedule and three-hour time difference; something I appreciated immensely. Within five minutes of reviewing my documents, he realized (with a rather excited exclamation) this was a PC1385 dismissal. Eric had stated that this would be an easy fix (and the fee to handle this was more than reasonable. I was expecting it to be more than what was stated. BONUS). Eric stated that all that was needed was to file a motion to correct the original dismissal (the original clerk didn't mark the box "dismissed in the furtherance of justice") in 1997 to reflect it was dismissed pursuant to PC1385 (which restores all firearms rights). While my presence in CA was not needed, I chose to go and be present for the hearing. On the court date, Eric and I met at the courthouse, chatted about the case and what to expect. Eric's confidence, knowledge of the law, and explanation of his relationship with the court presiding Judge was very reassuring, especially with the angst I was experiencing at the time. Our case was called, a couple of minutes of conversation with the Judge to make sure we were all on the same page, then my motion was granted. Furthermore, due to the nature of the motion written by Eric, the Judge not only stated that all of my civil rights were fully restored, he went one step further and said this includes the right to own and possess firearms, effective **-**-1997, the date of the original dismissal. A thousand pound weight instantly fell off. Moreover, a sense of elation and respect for the Judge was experienced when he made it clear all civil rights were restored. This was again due because of the motion that was drafted by Eric. I was highly impressed with how thorough and concise the motion was when I received a copy.
Eric is an Attorney who epitomizes walking softly and carrying a big stick. He knows what he is doing and is obviously very good at what he does. Eric is forthright, plays no games, nor engages in any deception. He's matter of fact, confident, as noted, and, very thorough, also as noted.
I cannot begin to close without mentioning Eric's staff, Angel and Laticia. What incredible women they are. They are the heroes in the background that make everything run like a well-oiled machine. Angel and Laticia were not only very helpful with any questions I had, they were also very understanding of the angst and anxiety I was experiencing throughout this process. Their responses to emails and or returning of phone calls was much faster and much more thorough than expected. Thank you, ladies.
So, in closing, whatever legal issue you may be experiencing, especially civil rights restoration, Eric and his team will take exceptional care of you.

Dan Epperly ruined my life. When he was a so called cop up in the small town of Dunlap, Ca he used to hunt for me and harass me every time he saw me. There is only 1 road up and down that mountain and he used that to his advantage and every time I would get off work on my way home if he was on duty he would pull me over search my vehicle and take my vehicle to impound take me to jail and write me ticket after ticket until my license was taken. First time he pulled me over for loud music… up in the mountains and found a empty beer can under my seat and gave me a ticket for a open container while I was driving, he also showed up at our house by himself at 6am and searched our entire house and lied and said my brother was on probation when he wasn’t and tried to take my brothers kid cause he found a weed pipe, I had to jump in and say it was mine so he took me to jail. Also showed up at a party at the community center one night and tried to say I started a fight, clearly nobody was in no fights me and some friends were just hanging out after hours so he took me and my friend to jail. Epperly has taken my cars wrote me an endless amount of tickets till my license was taken away and I never got it back. I have never recovered from that. Thanks for ruining my life. Oh and he also got caught smoking something while on duty. He is a bad person that prays on people that can’t defend themselves against the law

Since feb 2018 she will find a way to charge the hell out of you with no results what so ever in federal court. Her pleading are the worse i have seen in a long time. Absolutely horriable i have nothing but facts on top of facts with affidavits to prove much fraud. She wont get anything in by a dead line, she wont represent you she probably make a deal with the defendents and leavr her client out to dry. She even try to take crrdit for galskis case but whay she did was get the whole case dismissed. The only rrason why galski had a chance is went to appeal with different attorney. I asked her many times during our time since febuary i stated to her you do not rrpresent me very well at all. You do not have any fight for your client. She was in it to take as much from me get the case dismissed because she will not do pleadings or deadlines well at all. After sometime she will ask do you know anyone that go go to sale date and short the pre tender lender, all this she states after you give her thousand and thousands of dollars. She is in it for the money not for the client for wrongful forclosure, forclosure defense. If you are looking for an attorney for foclosure defense to take your money and have your case dismissed hire catarina office. Absolutely disgusting job , no fight , and will ask you to take a modification agreement 1.5 times more than your original payment from your pre tender lender debt collector servicer. Im here to fight so that is what we will do until these corrupt people banks, servicer, judges, and attorneys are held accountble period. Ron

This guy is trash. Speaks of doing very nice gestures for you and as soon as he tells you all you want to hear to get you to sign a plea deal that the Public Defender could’ve gotten you, he is no longer your lawyer. And not before taking your money too. Save your money and go with someone else or a public defender. Paid a lot of money for nothing. Lesson learned. Minorities stay away from this guy. Won’t even send me back my evidence.

Mike helped me out several years ago with an incident that just kept going wrong for me. I did not have to appear in court , and he got everything dropped criminally against me. He didn’t waste time , didn’t run up a big bill , he has a clear idea of how it was going to go and what it would cost and he was spit on , hope I don’t need him again , but if anything goes sideways in my life he’s my first call.

This guy is trash. Speaks of doing very nice gestures for you and as soon as he tells you all you want to hear to get you to sign a plea deal that the Public Defender could’ve gotten you, he is no longer your lawyer. And not before taking your money too. Save your money and go with someone else or a public defender. Paid a lot of money for nothing. Lesson learned. Minorities stay away from this guy. Won’t even send me back my evidence.

They are good people but I feel they need more experience. Next time I would rather use someone with a little more experience and someone with great online reviews. Stay away from Craigslist. My case was up and down and around. I was lost most of the time with late emails and communication was short and at the end still don't know what's going on. It was hard because the lawyer and staff was unorganized and didn't know about my case. They gave me high hopes only to come crashing down. Everything was a I didn't know that or things between them were not communicated. They would say one thing and then change their minds on the case, how we should have approached the case and how to proceed with it. The whole time with my case was very confusing. They said my case will go like this and like that but it was just all talk and went sour pretty fast. When the lawyers fought hard mines backed down. He made me feel like everything was my fault even though they made me feel like I did nothing wrong and that I do have a case here. They were not on the same page most of the time. Overall they are nice and good people but to win cases I think you need the best and most experience out there. They are not fighters they are more worried about the money they lost. These were the last words I wanted to hear. "I don't want to fight no more. I lost a lot of money already." I'm thinking to myself "then why start the lawsuit? Why go through all this?" I was frustrated not satisfied but it is what it is. Get someone with experience and make sure they have great online reviews. Talk to people who have used them before and research them. If they're advertising on Craigslist just skip it with a passion. Find the reviewed and trusted places to fight for you that will go all the way for you without a doubt.
