I retained Mr. Payne to defend a foreclosure suit. I did not think that there was much hope for my defense, but he indicated otherwise. He successfully defended my suit and I have been able to keep my property. He and his staff greatly exceeded my expectations. Since then, I have hired him to handle other matters. He is one of the most brilliant people that I know. I highly recommend Mr. Payne.

I would consider Justin Payne family. I have been with him since January 2007. I hold a mortgage that had to go into foreclosure. I was at my wits end. He explained the situation telling me what we had to do and now I have my mind back. He also took over dealing with the mortgage to reduce my stress. My name is Jeff Friend and I was falsely arrested for DUI and Refusal to take a breath test. The State chose to separate the charges and take me to trial for the Refusal first believing it would be an easy win for the State. However, I retained Gutin and Wolverton and Attorney Stephen Wolverton was my trial attorney. Attorney Wolverton aggressively crossed examined the arresting officer and gave a brilliant closing argument. The Jury came back with a NOT GUILTY verdict. What Stephen Wolverton argued was that there was no probable cause for my arrest so therefore that was no justification for the arresting officer to request a breath test. I do not know of any other Attorney/Law Firm that has been able to receive a NOT GUILTY from a jury on a Refusal charge!!!! Thank you Stephen Wolverton and Harley Gutin for representing me.

Jay Thakkar represented me on a loan modification which was being handled by KEL attorney's who was doing nothing for me for 2 years but take my money and I was going into foreclusure. The phone rings, a legal assistant or Mr. Moon himself answers it. His "hold" music is annoying, but they get right back on the line with you fast. He actually enjoys giving you updates on your case, legal assistant's do as well. Easy to talk to, understanding of the needs we have as "work comp's". I am thankful I was recommended to his office.

At first glance, you would think Ms. Fallat-Pucylowski is too young to be practicing law, then you are quick to see has been a member of the Florida Bar for 16 years. She was a 22 year old Assistant State Attorney, a Assistant Public Defender in 2 Districts, Assistant Attorney General (then assigned to their Anti-Trust Division), and worked at the world renowned Keller Rohrback L.L.P firm, and personally in charge of the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill complex litigation. As many Service-Connected-Veterans have experienced, the VA kicks "us" Veterans around, denies our just claims, and or defers our valid claims for adjudication beyond an acceptable (and or) legal time period under existing statute/s. In 2019, I retained Nicholas Simpson, Esq. to handle my VA claims / decision reviews/ appeals. He worked diligently and tirelessly with the VA (for approximately one-year) and was able to persuade them (VA) to award me TDIU at a Total & Permanent Rating based on my SC Conditions' Occupational Impairment. I highly recommend this attorney to anyone seeking help with issues surrounding VA Appeals, and or adverse VA Decision Reviews. He (Nick) is approachable, easy to talk to, and plain nice. I ran into Nick when he was with his old firm. It was a time I needed an attorney with integrity and some drive to make something actually happen. That's what I got. He knows the VA and his areas of the law unimpeachably. And he stands for veterans! He left his firm on the grounds of his ethical integrity standards. That means his character was too good for a big firm. For me personally he drove all night to make a TRAFFIC COURT appearance! Just to save me from getting points on my license! Negligent irresponsible. Paid retainer in 5 months failed to update will failed to create one updated beneficiary statement interfered with our california real estate lawyer just to cause fees to himself. Losses caused by Presnick estimated by cpa $8 million. Refused to return legal documents that he failed to update so had to pay another lawyer to recreate them: all told said had to say "Alleged"

Gladly took used up my full retainer, postponed hearing claiming to be sick. Dropped me a week before rescheduled hearing. Did nothing for me but take my money. She's a Shyster! Save yourself the headache she caused me and get a different attorney!

I just had my final divorce hearing . I feel so lucky I found such a professional, caring attorney and team . Rachel listened to everything I had to say . She addressed any concerns I had along the way . She promptly answered emails and phones calls. Rachel and her staff showed such compassion to me . While they deal with this everyday they knew I was scared and hurt and treated me like I wasn't just a job . She even gave me tips on how not to run thru my retainer with wasted correspondence. In early Jan 2023 I was scammed for a large sum of money. I filed a police report with the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office (BCSO). The report was forwarded to the BCSO Economic Crimes Task Force for investigation. The sheriff’s office located the money and initiated legal steps to seize the money. The BCSO sent me a letter stating they had seized the money and it may be eligible to be returned to me by filing a sworn petition IAW FL Statute 812.061 with the judge supporting Brevard County. I attempted to contact the Brevard Clerk of Courts to get information on filing a petition. They did not help at all and would not reply to my emails. At this point I decided I needed an attorney. My daughter recommended Attorney Nicholas A, Vidoni. I met with him and we discussed my case. He agreed to help me. He drafted a petition to present to the court and included words stating the scammers exploited me as a vulnerable adult. This would allow me to collect my attorney’s fees, court costs and such other relief as the court deems just and proper. The judge agreed. At this point Nick had to negotiate with BCSO to have my attorney’s fees, court costs and such other relief as the court deems just and proper awarded to me. Through Nick’s tenacity and knowledge of the law he recovered my money and the costs incurred by him. My lack of knowledge of the legal system was overcome by Attorney Vidoni and his knowledge of the law. He kept me informed of what was happening from the time I hired him to actually receiving my money back. I will use his services in the future for any legal help I require.

We hired Mr Hyde to help with bankruptcy. Talked to his office girl about 60 days later, she told me not to call her until we paid in full, then they would tell us what else we had to do to file. He knew we were struggling on a fixed income. One thing after another hit us. But we kept making payments as we could. We had paid him $600 and our last check came back without a forwarding address, no phone number when tried to call. We have not been able to find him. We have not been able hire another attorney as they want the full fees up front. So we were taken for a ride by Mr Hyde. WE ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE HIRE HIM, WE FEEL HE WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT REPRESENT YOU.

When we met with Mr. Hyde at the initial consultation, he seemed like a nice person and a competent attorney. He answered our questions and we left the initial meeting with a good feeling about hiring him to handle our bankruptcy case. The initial consultation was the only contact we had with Mr Hyde. Our interactions with his paralegal soured us on the whole experience. We experienced long periods with no contact on our case and were dealt excuses and a generally poor attitude when we tried to get information from his paralegal. We completed and submitted our required paperwork within 6 weeks of our initial consultation (Oct 4, 2013) with Mr Hyde. The paperwork was submitted to the attorney's office about mid-November 2013. After not hearing from Mr Hyde's office for several weeks, we were finally informed that our case would not be filed with the court until after the new year. We finally got our court date in June 2014. On our court date, we weren't even represented by Mr Hyde or his paralegal--but were represented by an associate of Mr Hyde. Contacts with Mr Hyde's paralegal resulted in confused dates, incorrect information, and outright denials by the paralegal of claimed actions or statements. Mr. Hyde may be a good attorney, but I will not recommend him to anyone based on the lousy service we received from his paralegal.

We hired Matthew John Monaghan, he did a few hrs work at $500 a hr. Billed us $4900 when I caught him in a lie on billing they said it was an error. Would not hire this guy. Takes advantage and everything a lawyer should not be. Please save yourself and your hard earned dollars. Total Rip Off. Please Run in the other direction.

Poor excuse for an attorney was a court appointed attorney for my father and did not care that he was being neglected and tried to side with the caregivers and all the people that didn’t care about my father. Was very rude and hateful !!!!

Where to start. Lawyer constantly cancelled appointments gave horrible advice. Didn't even try to fight for me. Laughed when I tried to get the judge to dismiss her and judge refused. Then months later after still refusing to get any paperwork that would help the case she files to quit the case and never contacts or notifies me. She doesn't tell you what's going on and refuses to speak to witnesses or hire experts.
