There’s an old adage in my country that says- “The world is in need of good men (and women).” Jonny Kousa encompasses those qualities to effectively represent and advocate for his clients.
Not only is he a phenomenal attorney but a wholesome human being with a good moral compass. I would love to challenge anyone who says otherwise.
He unequivocally cares for his clients. In fact, I compare him to me heaving a gladiator at my side. A fight that I’m bound to win- and I can promise that he will put up a good fight for you, because he and his amazing team prioritizes his clients interest.
He’s resilient- he pushes through any challenge!
He’s a realist- he won’t sugar coat anything, and in this day and age, honesty continues to be the best policy in his book.
His communication skills are about par… he wont leave you questioning what’s next. More importantly he’s empathetic and compassionate.
It’s not going to be easy on this journey, it’s going to be extremely challenging to say the least. However, do take heart- knowing that Jonny has your back will at least give you some solace, I can assure you.

You can't go wrong with an attorney, who's detailed and full of informative information. She went above and beyond, to give me all the information that I needed. It was the best decision I made picking Joel as my lawyer. I had a consultation with another lawyer, that told me I would lose my case, and he would just get me the best deal he could. My case was very difficult, without getting into details, it was a civil case that stemmed from a criminal case. Just an idea of how difficult it was, the civil case was going on for 7 years, and it was finally coming down to a trial. When I met with Joel and his partner I felt confident that they would do everything possible to win my case, and they did! They put in a lot of time, not to mention I didn't leave them much time before trial, but they built their case, and delivered it flawlessly in front of the jury, and I was found Not Guilty! My experience with Joel Medgebow was excellent, very reasonable priced, but more importantly he will work very hard on your behalf. Again the best decision I made!

We were trying to sell our house Buy Owner. We had been through 3 different contracts when we decided we would obtain a lawyer to help us with the sale of our home. We have always sought out referrals from friends, co-workers, and Angies list when needing help. Since no one we knew had any suggestions we Googled a Real Estate Attorney in Coral Springs. Several names were generated and referred to an Avvo rating. Andrew Garofalo's rating was high and we called him. He was not available but called us back in a short time. We liked the introductory phone call and decided to choose him to help us in our process. We are so happy that we did!
Andrew helped us every step of the way! This was the first house we ever sold and knew only what we read on the internet. He was professional from the beginning. He instructed and suggested what we needed to do . He was quick to begin with the necessary documents and remained knowledgeable, efficient and precise with all the forms to the close. He kept us fully apprised of all correspondence that he sent out, on our behalf, and all correspondence that he received. He promptly responded to emails and the numerous questions that we had. He intervened on our behalf so we did not have to deal with the buyer, the buyers realtor and title company....which was great! He was efficient, knowledgeable, and meticulous with all the documents to the very end. In meeting with him personally, for the closing, he was pleasant, polite and courteous. It was such a HUGE relief to have him intervening on our behalf. He helped us tremendously! We are very grateful to him and feel very blessed to have been led to him. We would recommend him to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

Andrew is very Knowledgeable and Professional and will always take time to explain if and when it is needed. He will of course give you all the Legal reasons but when asked give his educated opinion as well. Andrew was also very "Reachable". If he was not immediatley available he would call back quickly.
From dealing with Attorneys previously, I found Andrews fees to be fair. I have delt with lawyers who (Very obviously) just wanted to strech out my time and bill more hours and consequently MORE Money.
Andrew is clearly not that way. He seems to actually care about you and truly wants the best outcome for you.
I have found him to be Smart, Honest and actually a Good Guy. I Trust his advice.
Andrew helped me with a Forclosure and Bank Re-financing. He negotiated dates and mortgage issues with Bank of America in less than a month. I had previously TRIED to work with B of A for about 2 years with NO help from them at all. (Just Headaches.)
I would absolutey (and already have) refer Andrew to my friends and Family.

Poznanski's goal is to bill you for unnecessary services based on what he thinks you can afford. Ultimately, I found he created more legal problems than he solved and escalated billing expenses exponentially. After spending a fortune, we had to get another attorney to clean up his mess.

We purchased a home recently and we were extremely please with the professionalism and the speed at which Attorney Kohn's staff handled everything!! They did a great job throughout the Process!!
Angela doggedly stayed on top of everything and we closed in approx 1 month, which we thought was excellent.
Joe Andy did the closing and was very professional and organized.
Joe Kohn made himself available to discuss our concerns and we were very please with everyone in the office. I would highly recommend this firm for a Real Estate Closing.
We are very picky and we ask a lot of questions, so we do not give our 5 stars easily.

I hired Joe Kohn's office to do a closing on a home that I was selling. His office staff was amazing. Someone always picked up the phone when I called. There were hiccups with a city lien I had on my house and Joe managed to negotiate with the city to reduce the fine. I plan on using his office again when I buy my next home.

Horrible service, At closing they will take your money after proving that you already had pay for association and tell you that they will verify with the association they received their money and send it back to you. but they will not do their job. they do not follow through and 6 months later they will ignore your voice messages and email. Horrible service. will make sure no one I know uses their service ever. As a realtor they will reflect on you as bad service. Stay away from this company

I would not recommend this lawyer. He was not on my side and did not follow up or fight for my rights even after we were on to something big!. He kept stalling and delaying. Eventually I had to take matters in my own hands and all he cared about was getting paid. Once I paid him for a service, he literally dropped my case. So I never did have any closure.
