Jessica recently assisted my family and I in a stepparent adoption for my daughter. Because of some unfortunate dynamics surrounding the biological father, I was extremely nervous going into it. Wow...where do I even begin....Jessica Laleh has been nothing but a blessing! I was down and out on my luck, lost ,scared and confused. I went through a really bad divorce years ago which caused me to lose everything and most importantly custody of my son...I had no direction of what to do or what attorney to even trust at this point after many failed attempts to get my son back. That's when I hired Jessica Laleh, I was living out of state at the time but I had faith that she would turn this around and hit a homerun so I can be reunited with my son back in Miami. It wasnt easy at all but she made me feel comfortable, at ease, not stressed because I knew she was working around the clock trying to make it happen. There was times I wanted to give up because it got really really tough but she always remained confident and supportive and never gave up on me. She worked on this for over a year through ups and downs and look...She got me home finally after not being able to see my son for almost 5 years. I am the happiest dad on Gods green earth! I see my son every other weekend and speak to him everyday and enjoy the holidays and birthdays with him! I honesty can't say enough on how hard Ms. Sandra Velez-Felfle and her team (Yami & David) work on my case for close 18 months. I contacted acted Mr. Fitzgerald on the recommendation of a friend who had heard of him. My case is a federal one, and th local attorneys I contacted seemed halfhearted.
Mr. Fitzgerald clearly thought that local would be ideal, but spent almost an hour with me reviewing the events leading to my case, then recommending someone within my state.
Then, he offered to take the case if I hadn't luck there, and ended up being my attorney! He is so talented, drilling down to the essential issue to get to the bottom line, and has prepared me perfectly for my testimony in depositions so far.
I couldn't recommend Mr. Fitzgerald more. He takes my case seriously, and clearly doesn't waste my time or money on nonsense. I always understand what's going n and what to expect next. He's very accessible too, which is far more than I can say for most of the attorneys I contacted in the beginning!
Two states away and still feels like he's a next door neighbor I can call on.

Scott and his team helped my wife and I recover what was properly owed to us by our property insurance company. They have a great network of professional experts and their office staff was professional and courteous. Although the process can be frustrating at times we could always expect a response in a timely manner from Scott or one of the attorney's in the office (2-3 days) if we had a question or a concern about something. We have since repaired our property and would not hesitate to recommend Scott to any of our friends or family.

After a very bad car accident that left my sister injured, I asked William Rieder to help me with my case. He was straight forward and genuinely cared about me, my sister, and my car. After the accident my insurance company only wanted to $1,000 for my car and would not total it. The vehicle was immobile and destroyed. Worst attorney, doesn't answer calls or replies emails, only will reply via text message after several attempts. My case was settle on July he got funds on October, he tried to charge me for medical bills my insurance had cover and bills I already had paid, after weeks of none stop messages he finally got the numbers right but now it has been a month and hasn’t send me a check and keeps coming up with excuses. On top of that I got send to collections for bills he was supposed to paid. Not to mentioned I went to the address he is using on his signature as his “new office” and there is a law firm there but no one knows who he is. PLEASE FIND YOUR SELF ANOTHER ATTORNEY!

We used Jodi for a real estate purchase in the Miami area in 2023.
On the pro side, she seemed nice, experienced, and competent, and ultimately got our deal over the finish line.
On the other hand, there were several things we did not like about working with her:
* We did not sign an engagement letter...
* So it wasn't clear if she was representing us or herself or the State of Florida
* Though her fees ultimately were reasonable, they were not clear.
* Jodi was often hard to reach and I was left frustrated by her lack of responsiveness.
* We felt unprepared at the closing table and was presented with documents to sign and settlement numbers to approve that I hadn't seen previously and didn't have time to check.
* We tried reaching with a few post-closing questions, but she was unresponsive.
It wasn't a horrible experience, but it wasn't a great one either.
