Went here with my dad to ask about estate planning and taxes a while back, and was given fantastic advice. He calmly listened to all of our questions, never tried to rush us out nor push other services onto us. We learned quite a lot and he gave personal examples with his own children on how to best handle estate planning. Highly recommend!

I obtained a will along with powers of attorney and other documents relating to estate planning from Mr. Early. He took the time to explain the documents in detail and in person. My husband was deploying to Afghanistan and we were selling our home at the same time. With him being out of the country he would not be there when we sold our home. We were able to reach out to Attorney Tefera to obtain a Power of Attorney so that we would have no issues when the house sold. Ms. Tefera handled my divorce. Initially, I hired another lawyer who never returned my calls or responded to my emails. This went on for months until I consulted with Ms. Tefera. We discovered that my case was soon going to be closed due to this lawyer not doing any work on it. Obtaining Ms. Tefera as my lawyer was the best decision I could have made. She and her staff made the process smooth, and they were always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. My divorce was finalized within a short period of time, and for this I am very grateful!

David is an excellent attorney that will fight you to the end. At this time I have won a jury judgement and the insurance for the Dr. is trying to appeal. David is really excellent in the trial setting and develops a good rapport with jury. He presents the case in a manner that the jury can understand. In my case he was excellent. I would recommend David Hart to anyone who has a legitimate case. Right now the award in my case is in excess of $250,000.00. I goes up about $1000.00 per month. I just can't think of anything that could be more satisfying than having David represent me in front of jury and presenting my case.

I needed an agreed divorce and wanted an attorney familiar with Texas and Tarrant county laws to handle the paperwork so I could be sure that the matters related to the shred custody/possession of the children and the splitting of our assets was handled in an efficient way and the way that both parties had agreed to. We originally hired Bryon to set up our LLC – after trying the do-it-yourself “Nolo way” we discovered there was a lot more to it than meets the eye. He saved us a lot of wear and tear and was well worth the extremely fair fee he charged.
Most important, Bryon has superior listening skills – he’s able to really tune into your issue and/or dilemma and then efficiently translate it into legal terms; from there he uses his uncanny ability to “think outside the box” and come up with solutions that protect you and your interests, while keeping you good with IRS, Franchise Tax, and really any other party your business is involved with.
We unwittingly got into a sticky tax situation via some really bad advise from our previous accountant. Bryon came up with a solution that not only saved us huge headaches with the IRS, but also set us up to minimize, and in some cases eliminate, certain taxes. In addition, he didn’t just focus on solving the immediate issue at hand, but created a scenario that will allow us to seamlessly shift gears in the future and stay good with the IRS.
Bryon has also helped us with managing a family trust; he clarified terms that previous attorneys were always vague about, and saved us from making errors that would have cost us a lot of tax dollars.
Bryon is top notch; don’t let his friendly, easy manner fool you: his knowledge of the law is iron-clad, and he jumps right in to get down to work, always respectful of your bottom line when it comes to fees. We feel really fortunate to have found him.

I contacted Sandra back in March to handle my non-contested divorce. Here it is August and my case still has made no progress. I have been emailing her and calling her for the last 2 months and she has neglected to return any of my calls or emails. Please do not pay this lady for services if you would like an attorney that will actually communicate with you and help you in what is already a hard situation. I am now a single mother with 2 children that have paid her over $1200 to handle my case and she will not even respond to me... This is very sad! It is not fair to me and my children that she takes the money to handle the case and does not even bother to finish things or even respond to clients. I do not have additional money to pay another attorney to take care of the case that she started but has neglected to finish. Please go else where and do not be a victim of Sandra's incompetence.

This is the worst traffic ticket attorney I have ever hired. They overcharged me for one speeding ticket, and their fee was $150. Most traffic ticket attorneys are $40-$80 for a speeding ticket, not to mention my cost for the city was $285.00. They lied to me about everything. Please do not use this Attorney. I highly recommend staying far and clear of these scammers.

I called them to get help with my Will through Metlife Legal. The gentlemen who answered got a whole lot of info from me and finally said he has no availability next week. I asked if he could schedule for later. He then said he has no availability until end of May. And that I should call back later. He had no idea when later. Also, If they are booked solid for the next 2 months and won't take any more appointments, why waste my time asking all the questions that he did? It was super shady and I will be providing this feedback to Metlife Legal as well.
I soon after called Kazi Law Firm. The lady who answered was super efficient, spent just a few minutes, and had something scheduled for this week to get my work started.

Contacted Ms. Fox's office to set up multiple wills/advanced directives. Had a telephone appointment that we thought would be with her, but was with an assistant. The assistant took all of our info to do the wills and said that she would send them for review. Never heard back from anyone. Ended up doing our wills through another law office.

I was told about the potential resolutions to my case. I stated to them the goal I was hiring them for, and then agreed. Now I am paying the same amount I would have anyway plus lawyer fees. I was then told, “I’m sorry our goals weren’t the same.” I stated my goal and purpose for hiring them clearly, so them not having the same goal as myself is on them, though all they keep doing is blaming me. They are a scam and not worth hiring unless you want to pay more, not less.

My complaints about terrible communication and lack of effort, were met with an email from this child blaming ME for the issues (They got my email wrong, texted me about it with a message that literally said "can not receive responses" and then blamed ME for not texting it back!)
