Michael Reinhardt is a fantastic attorney to whom I will be forever grateful. He is friendly, caring, capable and experienced. I messed up badly several year’s ago and was caught red-handed, in the act. I was arrested, jailed, and charged with a felony criminal offense that carried a mandatory minimum sentence of eighteen months imprisonment. The outcome - guilty - seemed inevitable, and I dreaded the consequences. Michael Reinhardt represented me during the many court appearances I had to make. He explained the various stages of the judicial proceedings, and contacted me regularly to discuss progress and the strategy he was following to best defend me.
Remarkably, after much consultation and discussions, Michael managed to have the charges against me dropped altogether - to my immense relief of not just me, but my entire family, all of whom had been living under a cloud of anxiety. Geraldine McEvoy is excelent lawyer. She was able to ingest in very short time all details of comlicated long running case and present me in court.
I also appreciate that she had to work on a weekend to prepare for the court on Monday. Comminications through email were quick and to to point.

I hired her for a very specific thing, not as a long term lawyer. I was trying to overturn an arbitrators decision with very good reason but none of those reasons or suggested solutions were ever presented go the court. We asked to overturn the decision with no cause other than we thought what was previously in place was best for the kids. She failed to mention the arbitrators rationale was seriously flawed, he didn't follow his own protocol, and I had a method of eliminating multiple parent to parent transitions without modifying the amount of time each parent had with the kid whereas in an attempt to reduce 1 transition, the time with each parent changed significantly with no grounds for a change in custody. You only get one shot to overturn an arbitrators decision and she really let me down.

I hired Jessica to assist me with a high-conflict divorce case. Unfortunately, her assistant, who repeatedly asked the same questions seemingly to inflate the bills, was primarily responsible for my case.
During the first hearing, Jessica appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with my case details. She struggled to counter my ex-husband's attorney's claims with my evidence, seemingly unaware of them. She frequently referred to the opposing attorney as "sister," which was unprofessional. None of my evidence was effectively used in my favor, and she even forgot my name. I was rushed into signing a document without reading it, with Jessica insisting we were short on time and I should trust her. This was a costly mistake. I spent over $50,000 for her to advocate for the other party, not for me. I would not recommend her services.

After my first conversation with Attorney Dan Perlman, I knew our prayers had been answered and it was at that point, I decided to put our son’s future and all my trust in Dan and his expertise. I was 100% confident that Dan’s sole focus would be to give our son a fighting chance at a successful future.
Our son, who is 17, has Asperger’s syndrome, Tourette syndrome disorder, Depression and OCD and during his 3 years at the high school he was attending had declined to a life of isolation and depression. Because of Dan’s selfless and tireless efforts, our boy will soon be enrolled in a much better environment that is suited to assist him with his social and emotional needs versus the high school he was previously struggling at.
Dan is an extremely intelligent lawyer who is honest, kind, giving and patient. He was always willing to take whatever time was needed to explain the process at each stage of our son’s case and kept us abreast of any and all situations as they arose.
This was the first time I had ever used a lawyer for anything and Dan made the process very easy and never once did I feel like he wasn’t competent and totally in control of the situation.

I first met Dan when my son, who has autism, started high school. My son was struggling because the school he was at didn't have an appropriate program for him and Dan got involved and was extremely resourceful.

I hired Karen to handle my divorce. A divorce, in and of itself, can be a very trying experience. It is a lengthy, time consuming process, with several emotional highs and lows. It requires a good line of communication, which Karen provides, to allow for the appropriate strategic approach to each of the the significant number issues that arise. Karen helped me manage and stay on track with my divorce. She is knowledgeable with various aspects of asset division that involves stock options, buyout of marital property, health insurance, IRA, etc. Without Karen, I could have easily lost out in this process. She is caring and sensible with the emotional ups and downs of a divorce--probably due to her background in clinical psychology--which helped me stay cool and focus on the tasks at hand, which was to get the divorce finalized as quickly and as fairly as possible. There were times that Karen would work after hours and over the weekend when there were urgent documents to review and edit, not because I gave her the pressure, but because she recognized that we had momentum and cooperation from the other side and should just get it done and over with. She paid great attention to details with documents, with careful edits that helped protect my interests in all aspects. I would highly recommend Karen for her excellent experience, knowledge and professionalism!

Attorney Phillips helped my family obtain a Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) against a neighbor who had broken into our home, stolen thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from us and sold it in a pawn store. The neighbor then proceeded to harass my wife and daughter (8) when he was charged by the police.
Attorney Phillips was very knowledgeable, and was able to help guide the court on the procedure and how the statute was written (as HPO's were relatively new at the time). Attorney Phillips returned to court with us each year to help us renew our order, and eventually was able to help us obtain a permanent order against the defendant.
Without Attorney Phillips I feel as though my family would have fallen through the cracks of the system, and we would not have received the protection that we needed.

In September of this year Heather Dumont prepared a Family Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and Nomination of Guardian and Conservator Papers. She also filled out our Declaration of Homestead Papers.
In our case I would consider these legal papers moderately difficult as we own property in several states, yet she handled them with ease. The work was made more difficult by the fact that we didn't seem to know what we really wanted, having recieved all kinds of advice from well meaning but uninformed friends.
Ms. Dumont patiently presented the different options clearly to us, usually in writing, and then helped us come to our decisions. If she didn't no the answer to one of our questions she didn't try to bluff it. She did the necessary research and then got back to us with an informed answer. In the end we got all results we were looking for.

Five years ago, I asked Mr. Perlman represented my son during the most difficult time for my son and my family. My son’s in school district program just was not good fit for his needs. Mr. Perlman is very professional, clearly stated his strategy on the matter and what were expected from the parents. If you’re reading this review, you and I probably had quite a bit in common at one point in life. If this is true, hopefully my testimony can help you with your decision making process.
When I first made my decision to cut ties with my wife I met with a few different lawyers before making my final decision to go with Mansur Law. The confidence that they displayed in their ability to protect my assets and I made choosing them to represent me a no brainer. Sure enough they delivered 10 fold. Being Active Duty military, the dichotomy of my situation went from complicated to a living nightmare, fast. My spouse attempted to go after my career by means of slander and false allegations. Karla was there with me every step of the way and ensured that my career was protected along with my assets. Her emotional investment in my particular situation during some of worst days was the affirmation that I needed to know that I made the best decision when choosing someone to represent me. In the end, I was more than satisfied with the outcome and I was even more grateful for everything Karla and her team did for me. Attorney Karla Mansur was my divorce layer. I recommend her especially if your divorce case requires limited assistance. She provides flexible service that fits your special needs, she is honest and charges fairly, and is understanding and considerate.
Before I hired her, my husband and I already reached terms on separation agreement. Since I was overseas then and would not be able to return for the divorce, I needed a lawyer who could convert our draft agreement to a legal document, and present it to the court on my behalf. When I had an interview with her on the phone, Karla happily agreed to take my case, at a cost much lower than those for cases needing a lawyer’s intervention to reach agreement. I was also impressed by her honesty. When I asked whether she would charge extra if I paid my legal fees with credit card, she said charging extra amount is illegal. And she promised to get my divorce certificate from the court for me when she visited the court after the divorce was over, and mail it to my address abroad. Before Karla, one of the lawyers I interviewed claimed to have been a divorce lawyer for 19 years and go to the court all the time. She told me that she only accepts personal checks for payments, and if I paid with credit card, she would need to charge an extra percentage. She also said that she had to make special trips to and from the court to pick up my divorce certificate, which would be charged at more than $300 an hour (maybe $400 or $450, I do not remember the exact amount). Wait a second, did not you just say you go to the court all the time? Can’t you just pick it up when you are at the court on behalf of other clients? I did not dare to hire this lawyer because she would have all kinds of reasons to pile up the bill.
Since my husband and I agreed to execute the agreement terms before submitting documents to the court, I expected my divorce to end about three months after hiring Karla. However, my husband lied endlessly and created all kinds of hassles during the process, which entailed more than 5 months’ unnecessary delays. Karla had been very patient and understanding along the way. I felt that she was behind me all the time, and her support and considerateness made the frustrating and lengthy process a little more tolerable.
I also want to thank Joleen, the paralegal, for her conscientious work. She kept a record of all the documents related to my case, scanned and emailed electronic copies to me before mailing them to me, in case anything got lost during international shipments.

Michael Reinhardt is a fantastic attorney to whom I will be forever grateful. He is friendly, caring, capable and experienced. I messed up badly several year’s ago and was caught red-handed, in the act. I was arrested, jailed, and charged with a felony criminal offense that carried a mandatory minimum sentence of eighteen months imprisonment. The outcome - guilty - seemed inevitable, and I dreaded the consequences. Michael Reinhardt represented me during the many court appearances I had to make. Kim sweet is a thief and a liar. I hired attorney sweet to handle an emotionally taxing and complicated case against a family member. Attorney sweet lied about the discovery deadline and allowed it to lapse. I became aware of this when the opposing side motioned for summary judgement and realized Attorney sweet let the deadline lapse 6 months prior without completing a single deposition or filing a motion to compel. Kim shamlessly kept billing for discovery related costs, despite being aware of the lasped deadline, at no point did attorney sweet keep her promises to complete discovery, refund any monies
Paid for discovery, or even attempt to extend or reopen discovery on my case. Randall barron has protected her and refused to return my calls as her business partner. Run from this firm.
