Mr. Panagiotes did an excellent job on my behalf. I hired him for an OUI case in Chelsea, MA, and he was worth every penny. I did not have to testify, and he was able to get the breathalyzer thrown out. The only evidence used in the case was the testimony of the arresting officer. Mr. Panagiotes did a fantastic job in his cross examination to the point where the officer basically said that I was driving as well as he was. Mr. Panagiotes is hands down the best option when considering OUI attorneys.

A family member highly recommended that I hire Randall to do the closing of my home because she (as a paralegal) felt he would be best to serve me. She was absolutely right! I never had to buy or sell a house in my life until the recent death of my husband which changed all that. Randall was compassionate and professional. Randall Barron was hired by me and my family to handle the legal aspects of the sale of our family home. My husband, a realtor, was the listing Broker, and worked closely with Randy. My husband always had very positive comments regarding Randy and his recommendations.

Michael Reinhardt is a fantastic attorney to whom I will be forever grateful. He is friendly, caring, capable and experienced. I messed up badly several year’s ago and was caught red-handed, in the act. I was arrested, jailed, and charged with a felony criminal offense that carried a mandatory minimum sentence of eighteen months imprisonment. The outcome - guilty - seemed inevitable, and I dreaded the consequences. Michael Reinhardt represented me during the many court appearances I had to make. He explained the various stages of the judicial proceedings, and contacted me regularly to discuss progress and the strategy he was following to best defend me.
Remarkably, after much consultation and discussions, Michael managed to have the charges against me dropped altogether - to my immense relief of not just me, but my entire family, all of whom had been living under a cloud of anxiety. After my first conversation with Attorney Dan Perlman, I knew our prayers had been answered and it was at that point, I decided to put our son’s future and all my trust in Dan and his expertise. I was 100% confident that Dan’s sole focus would be to give our son a fighting chance at a successful future.
Our son, who is 17, has Asperger’s syndrome, Tourette syndrome disorder, Depression and OCD and during his 3 years at the high school he was attending had declined to a life of isolation and depression. Because of Dan’s selfless and tireless efforts, our boy will soon be enrolled in a much better environment that is suited to assist him with his social and emotional needs versus the high school he was previously struggling at.
Dan is an extremely intelligent lawyer who is honest, kind, giving and patient. He was always willing to take whatever time was needed to explain the process at each stage of our son’s case and kept us abreast of any and all situations as they arose.

I first met Dan when my son, who has autism, started high school. My son was struggling because the school he was at didn't have an appropriate program for him and Dan got involved and was extremely resourceful.

I hired Karen to handle my divorce. A divorce, in and of itself, can be a very trying experience. It is a lengthy, time consuming process, with several emotional highs and lows. It requires a good line of communication, which Karen provides, to allow for the appropriate strategic approach to each of the the significant number issues that arise. I found her to also have a balanced awareness to the cost benefit of those approaches. I never felt rushed, however, I never felt there was any time being wasted. Karen helped me manage and stay on track with my divorce. She is knowledgeable with various aspects of asset division that involves stock options, buyout of marital property, health insurance, IRA, etc. Without Karen, I could have easily lost out in this process. She is caring and sensible with the emotional ups and downs of a divorce--probably due to her background in clinical psychology--which helped me stay cool and focus on the tasks at hand, which was to get the divorce finalized as quickly and as fairly as possible. There were times that Karen would work after hours and over the weekend when there were urgent documents to review and edit, not because I gave her the pressure, but because she recognized that we had momentum and cooperation from the other side and should just get it done and over with. She paid great attention to details with documents, with careful edits that helped protect my interests in all aspects. I would highly recommend Karen for her excellent experience, knowledge and professionalism!

Attorney Phillips helped my family obtain a Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) against a neighbor who had broken into our home, stolen thousands of dollars worth of jewelry from us and sold it in a pawn store. The neighbor then proceeded to harass my wife and daughter (8) when he was charged by the police.
Attorney Phillips was very knowledgeable, and was able to help guide the court on the procedure and how the statute was written (as HPO's were relatively new at the time). Attorney Phillips returned to court with us each year to help us renew our order, and eventually was able to help us obtain a permanent order against the defendant.
Without Attorney Phillips I feel as though my family would have fallen through the cracks of the system, and we would not have received the protection that we needed.

Steven worked with me diligently during a horrible divorce and custody battle. Not only did he work closely with my other attorney, but he also showed something very few attorney's do, compassion. He was so dedicated to making sure my family and the best outcome was what we got. In September of this year Heather Dumont prepared a Family Will, Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxy, HIPAA Release, and Nomination of Guardian and Conservator Papers. She also filled out our Declaration of Homestead Papers.
In our case I would consider these legal papers moderately difficult as we own property in several states, yet she handled them with ease. The work was made more difficult by the fact that we didn't seem to know what we really wanted, having recieved all kinds of advice from well meaning but uninformed friends.
Ms. Dumont patiently presented the different options clearly to us, usually in writing, and then helped us come to our decisions. If she didn't no the answer to one of our questions she didn't try to bluff it. She did the necessary research and then got back to us with an informed answer. In the end we got all results we were looking for.

Five years ago, I asked Mr. Perlman represented my son during the most difficult time for my son and my family. My son’s in school district program just was not good fit for his needs. Mr. Perlman is very professional, clearly stated his strategy on the matter and what were expected from the parents. If you’re reading this review, you and I probably had quite a bit in common at one point in life. If this is true, hopefully my testimony can help you with your decision making process.
When I first made my decision to cut ties with my wife I met with a few different lawyers before making my final decision to go with Mansur Law. The confidence that they displayed in their ability to protect my assets and I made choosing them to represent me a no brainer. Sure enough they delivered 10 fold. Being Active Duty military, the dichotomy of my situation went from complicated to a living nightmare, fast. My spouse attempted to go after my career by means of slander and false allegations. Karla was there with me every step of the way and ensured that my career was protected along with my assets. Her emotional investment in my particular situation during some of worst days was the affirmation that I needed to know that I made the best decision when choosing someone to represent me. In the end, I was more than satisfied with the outcome and I was even more grateful for everything Karla and her team did for me. A special thanks to Meghan and Joleen for all their work for me as well. If you’re on fence about choosing a lawyer just ask yourself would you bring a knife to a gun fight? Attorney Karla Mansur was my divorce layer. I recommend her especially if your divorce case requires limited assistance. She provides flexible service that fits your special needs, she is honest and charges fairly, and is understanding and considerate.
Before I hired her, my husband and I already reached terms on separation agreement. Since I was overseas then and would not be able to return for the divorce, I needed a lawyer who could convert our draft agreement to a legal document, and present it to the court on my behalf. When I had an interview with her on the phone, Karla happily agreed to take my case, at a cost much lower than those for cases needing a lawyer’s intervention to reach agreement. I was also impressed by her honesty. When I asked whether she would charge extra if I paid my legal fees with credit card, she said charging extra amount is illegal. And she promised to get my divorce certificate from the court for me when she visited the court after the divorce was over, and mail it to my address abroad. Before Karla, one of the lawyers I interviewed claimed to have been a divorce lawyer for 19 years and go to the court all the time. She told me that she only accepts personal checks for payments, and if I paid with credit card, she would need to charge an extra percentage. She also said that she had to make special trips to and from the court to pick up my divorce certificate, which would be charged at more than $300 an hour (maybe $400 or $450, I do not remember the exact amount). Wait a second, did not you just say you go to the court all the time? Can’t you just pick it up when you are at the court on behalf of other clients? I did not dare to hire this lawyer because she would have all kinds of reasons to pile up the bill.
Since my husband and I agreed to execute the agreement terms before submitting documents to the court, I expected my divorce to end about three months after hiring Karla. However, my husband lied endlessly and created all kinds of hassles during the process, which entailed more than 5 months’ unnecessary delays. Karla had been very patient and understanding along the way. I felt that she was behind me all the time, and her support and considerateness made the frustrating and lengthy process a little more tolerable.
I also want to thank Joleen, the paralegal, for her conscientious work. She kept a record of all the documents related to my case, scanned and emailed electronic copies to me before mailing them to me, in case anything got lost during international shipments.

Geraldine McEvoy is excelent lawyer. She was able to ingest in very short time all details of comlicated long running case and present me in court.
I also appreciate that she had to work on a weekend to prepare for the court on Monday. Comminications through email were quick and to to point.

I hired her for a very specific thing, not as a long term lawyer. I was trying to overturn an arbitrators decision with very good reason but none of those reasons or suggested solutions were ever presented go the court. We asked to overturn the decision with no cause other than we thought what was previously in place was best for the kids. She failed to mention the arbitrators rationale was seriously flawed, he didn't follow his own protocol, and I had a method of eliminating multiple parent to parent transitions without modifying the amount of time each parent had with the kid whereas in an attempt to reduce 1 transition, the time with each parent changed significantly with no grounds for a change in custody. You only get one shot to overturn an arbitrators decision and she really let me down.

I hired Jessica to assist me with a high-conflict divorce case. Unfortunately, her assistant, who repeatedly asked the same questions seemingly to inflate the bills, was primarily responsible for my case.
During the first hearing, Jessica appeared unprepared and unfamiliar with my case details. She struggled to counter my ex-husband's attorney's claims with my evidence, seemingly unaware of them. She frequently referred to the opposing attorney as "sister," which was unprofessional. None of my evidence was effectively used in my favor, and she even forgot my name. I was rushed into signing a document without reading it, with Jessica insisting we were short on time and I should trust her. This was a costly mistake. I spent over $50,000 for her to advocate for the other party, not for me. I would not recommend her services.

The Good: I worked with Ashely to set up a trust, will and other estate documents. She was very diligent and meticulous about the requirements, took time to educate me on the process and the items, and delivered the documents in time.
The bad: After delivering the documents I noticed a few things did not make sense. First I asked my house to be put under the trust, however when I search in town database, my name still shows up. I thought this would be fixed. I have emailed asking about this being fixed, and zero response. She wouldn’t even send me the original copies or a PDF version of the documents when I asked. I have emailed her numerous times and got no response at all. I paid a hefty price for the work and I honestly feel ripped off. Unless you are paying her, don’t expect even a response back.
I thought she would be more professional. I would not work with her company again.

If you need a family law attorney I would highly reccomend Karen. My post divorce matters contiunued to be very adversarial. Karen had no problem representing me, cutting to the chase and saving me money in legal fees. Karen, in my opinon, is an expert in family law. My case was a bee's nest, she was not afraid to get in there and kill some bee's and extinguish the case proactivly. Karen was dilgent, kept informed and provided sound tatical advice. She is very honest and trustworthy and I use those words sparingly with attorneys. I would definatly use her again. I would also use her as a referal source to any area that she does not practice. She is the best. If your even thinking of divorcing or having post divorce issues, you should give her a call....you will be releived you did.

We hired Mr. Riordan as my company's general counsel. As soon as he was installed, he began to work with another shareholder to defraud us, extort us, and threaten my family members. He had conflicts of interest throughout, and may have helped another one of his clients create false IRS documents to try to inculpate us.
Maybe this kind of behavior is appropriate for an underhanded personal attorney, but I would never hire such a person for corporate work.

This law firm as a whole got me into such of a mess it's taken me 2 years to get out of it. I found another attorney that has now resolved most of it. John has a short fuse and doesn't keep you informed. He's probably good at what he does but he gave everything to his inexperienced assistants who became a personal assistant to the opposition (not good). It was really nerve wracking and expensive. His junior attorney told a judge I was going to sign a settlement contract I had no intent to. John then told me off after I confronted them. Thank goodness I fired them. I've been winning the lawsuits against me but with them I was losing. It's like I hired someone who wanted me to lose just because they were sick of my problems.

John Dow did two closings for me expertly. He did the first one when I bought my house, and he also put it under the "homestead" law, further protecting my ownership. The next closing was a few years later when the interest rates went down. That too he did expertly.
Last year I was having an issue at my job and John Dow wrote two rational, respectful letters to the person involved and the problem was satisfactorily resolved. John Dow is an excellent lawyer who most certainly does NOT overcharge!

Hired John Dow to do our home closing. He quoted me a flat fee price for the closing. He never advised us of a changed fee structure or any additional costs. We requested a copy of our closing document and he sent us the privileged and confidential financial closing document of another client named Kathleen. We informed them of this tremendous mistake and they just dismissed it. Finally, we get our correct closing document and we begin to correct several of his mistakes (improperly calculated taxes etc.) Lastly, we notice that the flat fee that he quoted us is now 3x that of which he quoted.
We confronted him and he said it was because we decided against his owners title insurance that he makes money from. I explained that he gave me a flat fee total cost for the closing. He said “well I invested a lot of time, phone calls and emails on this and I charge $400 an hour.” I responded that his hourly wage was irrelevant because he quoted us a flat fee. He then changed his story that the additional costs were now for “lender representation” and under no circumstances would he change his fee on the closing document to our agreed upon fee. Dishonest, disorganized, unethical. Mass Board of Overseers here we come.
