My name is Morgan - I earned a DUI in September 2023. I hired Ted as my attorney as the case was too complicated for me to deal with on my own - I got the DUI in NH, but I reside in Florida. I needed help to navigate the court systems in both states as well as in my absence from NH. Ted did a fantastic job. He and his support staff were on top of everything in the most helpful of ways. I am easily confused and they explained everything to me and really helped me get through the process as painlessly as possible. October 22, 2022 was the day I made the biggest mistake of my life! I was arrested for a DUI by NH State Police. A few days went by and I now had to face the reality of what was to come next. So, I went online and read reviews about choosing an attorney, and after narrowing it down to 3, I gave Mr. Lothstein's office a call. I spoke with the secretary and she had great things to say about Mr. Lothstein. So, I thought I would give him a chance. I set up a free telephone consult and he was very empathetic with my situation. What I liked most was his honesty with my situation. He didn't make any empty promises about getting me 100% off the charges. I appreciated that. So, after meeting with Mr. Lothstein and discussing my case, he informed me that I was looking at potential 1 year license suspension, plus a speeding fine. Which could've added 6 months to my sentence. This news was discouraging, but of course my fault! Reference letters were submitted on my behalf, and Mr. Lothstein met with the prosecuting attorney. When Mr. Lothstein called me and told me that he negotiated my sentence down to, 6 months suspended license, with 2 months already served, and they threw out the speeding fine, I was ecstatic with the news! Calling Mr. Lothstein was the best decision I could've made!! I will never be in this situation again, I promise you that. But, if it happens to anyone I know. I know what attorney to tell them to contact!

I was convicted in a NH Superior court in 2021 on multiple felonies. My family and engaged Ted to appeal the decision in 2022 and in 2023 the conviction was overturned. Atty Nicholson took a very complex legal case of ours in 2018, when the odds were stacked against us, and successfully worked to get my husband a pardon from the Governor of NH for crimes committed as a youth. I hurt my knee on the job in 2016. The workers comp insurance company agreed that the knee was injured on the job and paid for PT and a meniscus operation. I was still in pain after the operation and insisted on another MRI. It was determined that I would need a total knee replacement operation. The insurance company told me "you don't need a lawyer" , then their lawyer sent me a notice that I needed to go to an Independent Medical Examination. That's when I found Doug on the internet. Long story less long, he took my case and won unanimous decisions with four mediators at two different hearings at the Department of Labor. I got my knee replaced after 2+ years from the initial accident and Doug was amazing. Highly recommend his services. I would not have prevailed without him.

Michael Noonan and his staff did a great job for me during a personal injury case. Michael is a lawyer that will fight for you and not back down. Also willing to take the case to trial to fight for what the case is worth. I was being low balled by the insurance company with an extremely low offer. Michael was able to collect the entire policy limit in less then 4 months after i turned my case over to him. I would recommend him to anyone with a personal injury case in the area. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel on a trademark case, and I was lucky to have found him. If given the opportunity, do not hesitate to work with him. Law, in general, is confusing, and Daniel could have easily added random billable hours for things that would not have helped our case. But Daniel always did what was in our best interest and showed such integrity when we worked with him.
Additionally, Daniel always made himself available and explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. Most importantly, though, Daniel is a good person. Back in 2019 I was falsely accused of committing a crime. The subsequent police investigations resulted in my arrest and eventually a wrongful conviction. The criminal attorney who represented me throughout the ordeal highly recommended attorney Lothstein and his law firm to do the appeal.
The trial transcripts and all of the other required documentation were gathered and submitted, and Lothstein and Guerriero went to work. The case was accepted by the NH Supreme Court, and oral arguments were heard in the fall of 2022. I was able to attend the oral arguments, and watching attorney Lothstein in action was an absolute privilege. Attorney Lothstein had previously explained the percentages of successful appeals to me, but I left the oral arguments feeling very, very, hopeful. On March 30, 2023, I received word that the conviction was reversed and remanded back to the Superior Court where the trial was conducted. The opinion that the Supreme Court issued was a very strong, concise, and unanimous decision. It is a decision that will be cited in motions and briefs far into the future, and will hopefully help prevent future wrongful convictions due to the law created in our case. It also gave the State of New Hampshire really no choice on their next action, as evidenced by the verbiage on the Notice of Nolle Prosequi that we received from the Superior Court: “Given Supreme Court Order of reverse and remand, the State is not pursuing this charge.”
These results were not achieved by accident. The dedication given to this case by attorney Lothstein and his entire legal staff was incredible. From day one I was treated as a person as opposed to just a client. The level of comfort that I felt from the first day we spoke was as high as it could have possibly been, and it remained that way until the day the ruling was announced. The victory that we celebrated in the following days was an extremely hard, well fought, and justly deserved one that has been instrumental in helping me “recover” from a nightmare that continued for only several weeks shy of four very long years.
If anyone reading this review has any doubt about who I would recommend to someone in need of an appellate attorney (or any other practice areas they specialize in), you should try reading this review again from the beginning. I worked with Christine Hanisco on my surrogacy contract. She was incredible knowledgeable and helpful during the time we were negotiating my contract. She always availed herself when I had a question whether it was by email or phone. I appreciate her caring empathic ear while I had many questions and concerns while going through this process. I recommend Christine Hanisco for all of your legal needs due to surrrogracy. She also has a wide knowledge of other ‘s in and out of her field that can help with many different avenues when planning to become a surrogate such as but not limited to financial planning, employment attorneys and so forth. Attorney Hanisco was simply amazing through my entire ordeal. No matter how small or how big my questions were she always took the time to make sure that I totally understood her answers. I never felt that if I said to her I don't understand she would be upset having to explain it all over again. She stayed right on top of my case the entire time. I was always contacted each and every time there was any information or movement for my case. Once may "day in court" arrived I was very very nervous. Again, she was able to keep me calm by saying we were not leaving that conference room until I was completely calm and I understood everything. Once we were called, I knew I had hired the right attorney. She was calm but yet spoke with authority and confidence. At one point I thought I was going to faint. I went to Paul to represent/advise me with my divorce. It didn't take long for us to develop a good rapport and working relationship. He handled all aspects of my divorce very efficiently and made the whole experience tolerable. He did not try to milk me for money, as lawyers might have a reputation for doing. He treated me like a human, and eventually as a friend. He has a great sense of humor; he also doesn't mince words. He is an extremely skilled attorney - not just in the area of divorce, but also with criminal matters; he is also quite intelligent and can quickly answer questions and help his client with decision-making. I am compelled to share my deeply disappointing experience with Benjamin King. My mother-in-law hired Benjamin King for legal assistance. what ensued was an utter betrayal of trust and decency.
During a time of immense grief following the tragic loss of my mother-in-law, Benjamin King chose to exploit our vulnerability by publicizing sensitive and deeply personal details about her passing on his social media. His actions were not only disrespectful but also callous and indicative of a complete disregard for human dignity.
Despite numerous pleas to remove the posts out of respect for my mother-in-law and our family's privacy and healing, Benjamin King instead chose to block us, further exacerbating our distress.
I urge anyone considering legal representation from Douglas, Leonard, & Garvey, P.C. to reconsider, as their Partners behavior demonstrates a blatant disregard for professional ethics and basic human decency. My hope is that by sharing this experience, others may be spared from similar harm.

Absolutely horrible, unacceptable and unprofessional behavior and attitude from both attorney Benjamin King and the office secretary Debbie. I called the office numerous times and never got a call back. Benjamin has awful communication skills. He clearly has time to call with all his Facebook posts about concerts he has gone to and trips he has taken and stories about his experiences in the court room - but he can't call someone back. Debbie is a whole other story - she told me I was asking too many questions and I needed to hurry up and make a decision because she didn't have all day. I truly feel for the individuals who have put trust in this company for their legal needs.

It is obvious Tina Annis is only interested in running the clock and making a buck. She is NOT interested in listening to the needs and concerns of her potential clients. It is at a level that is frankly unprofessional and shameful - just blatant and as we have found, unapologetic. If she thinks she can talk circles around you, she will try to weasel you out of your money. She may eventually get the job done but she sure walks you around the block a few times as well.
She has you fill out paperwork describing needs and other parameters around the topic at hand prior to the paid-for time together - great. However, it is clear she did not read this before the session. Instead of discussing the matter, I had to re-explain everything that I had written down and then she objected to most of the changes I was making to my will. Her comments were off topic and unprofessional. I was extremely disappointed with her strong, rude attitude.
I did not continue after that expensive session. I hired a new lawyer and got through this straight forward task simply and easily.

Mr Mcgrath HAS BEEN SANCTIONED BY THE NH BAR, IN MY case which he took in a class action suit 31/2 yrs ago. this had to do with the meningitis and tainted medicine. initially Mr Mcgrath told me it may take a year but he said I would get something out of it, I had been hospitalized for three day in Fl.quarantined!! I called every six monthes ad got the same story oh the judge has it everything looks good. after the 3rd year I suddenly am told my case was being handled by a par legal or what ever and she would update me. I call this woman who was out as she was taking the bar exam in the Carolinas, so a couple more run around calls, finally I get Mr Mcgrath who hems and haws the tells me it look like MY PAPERWORK NEVER GOT FILED. HE SAID HE WOULD CALL ME BACK. THE NEXT DAY HE CALLED AND COMFIRMED THAT MY CLAIM WASNEVER FILED WITH THE COURT.OF COARSE I checked with a few NH attorneys about mal practice but that was useless just like Mcgrath.

A grievance report was filed. So fairness was not easily granted from him to my family attorney but it will be handled by authorities of such grievances
