Luke came to my defense in an aggravated burglary charge, not only was he very responsive he kept my family informed about what was happening now and what was more than likely going to happen while I was incarcerated. On the day of my preliminary hearing he was able to get all my charges dropped without having to spend any more time in jail.Thats exactly what he told me and my family he would do. Luke is trustworthy and reasonably priced and I would reccomend him to anyone in the upper cumberland area who has charges pending.

Not only did Mr.Byars sound the most confident out of all the lawyers i spoke with, he in fact gave better projections for what he felt was possible and stuck to his word. I walked into Wesley’s office looking for an attorney to handle my contentious and complication divorce. Though it was no easy case, Wesley said he was up for the task. For the past year I have worked alongside him and his staff and can honestly say I was wowed by the level of knowledge and service they provide.
Wesley is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable. He answers questions with the ease and confidence of someone who has an in-depth understanding of how the system works. Wesley is, above all else, honest. He does not sugar coat advice, which I greatly appreciated. It’s very easy to get bogged down on the specifics of a divorce; however, Wesley gives his opinion straight and makes sure he doesn’t waste time on things he knows aren’t going to be important in the long run.
In addition to knowing his way around the law, he is amazing to watch in court. Precise and cunning, he deftly handles arguments and testimonies and knows exactly how to manuever to get the testimony he needs.
Though he is a shark in the courtroom, he and his staff genuinely care about their clients. After emotionally draining events, I would receive a call from his office inquiring as to how I was holding up. They remember my kids names, their ages, what schools they go to. They are genuinely invested in their clients. You are not a case number when you walk through their door. You are a person and they are committed to helping in every way they can. Though Wesley’s knowledge and legal skills are astounding, the care and compassion is what most impressed me.
The past year has been riddled with motions, responses and even a few court visits. Wesley and his staff were by my side every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about Wesley and his team!

I've been an over the road truck driver for over 24 years and Mr. Crabtree represented me in a traffic citation case that not only got me terminated from my former employer, but could have possibly ended my trucking career and which of course would have greatly impacted my livelihood. After doing some research online, I discovered Mr. Crabtree's practice and gave him a call. I was immediately given advise by his highly professional office staff in regards to my case, what I needed to do, plus, I was given an appointment time for my phone consultation with Mr. Crabtree. After a few minutes into my consultation, Mr. Crabtree agreed to take my case. As time goes on, luckily, I got another driving job, and Mr. Crabtree's office stayed in contact with me and gave me updates as to the progress that was being made in my case. Mr. Crabtree himself called me the other day while I was on my way to pickup another load with the good news. My case had been dismissed. Mr. Willaims was very helpful in sending to the county court paper work/transcript from the Federal Court and wrote a letter stating why this case should not be heard again due to the federal ruling. Shortly thereafter we received a letter from Mr. Willaims that the case was over. After many months of aggrevation, we could now go about our normal lives. We told Mr. Williams what was going on, and he kept us informed through the whole process, and he copied us on everything that was sent to the county court. My family was so lucky that Doug got handed our case!! He saved my ex-husbands life and we could never ever thank him enough. I had contact with them so much it felt like everyday. I had an existing business contract that was between family members and non family members.Original contract was kind of thrown together quickly without council and in doing so problems soon arose. With having family members being involved on both sides feelings and emotions can become an issue if not careful. My first attorney came highly recommended and was known as one of the “best” in Putnam County, yet my experience with her was a nightmare. Mr. Parsons is an amazing lawyer. In one of my cases I had signed a plea agreement stating I would take 4 years state probation and in court the next morning he got me just 2 years. I thought 3 or 4 yrs. was resonable for my charges but he was truely looking out for my best interest. And he was appointed to me and still fought for me every since I have used him and referred him to others whom he has helped as well.

I approached Mr. Cameron in a situation where my then 8yr old son claimed his dad had abused him. Mr. Cameron and his office personel went above and beyond what was required of them. They put the safety of my son first and formost. They were professional and thorough. He faught passionately for us in the courtroom. When a situation arose where my case might be moved to another county, he had me prepare for it mths in advance, just in case. His fees were more than reasonable. I can't think of a situation that I wouldn't be comfortable recommending him for. My son still enjoys safety today as a result of this mans quick actions.
