I met with Jennifer after my disappointment with my two year experience with another attorney. At my first meeting with Jen, she knew more about my case from reviewing before our meeting than my previous attorney had obtained over the course of two years. Right away I could tell she was very organized, prepared and focused on me and what she could do for me. She is very professional and straightforward. She also is very passionate about justice and is very empathetic and compassionate. She was excellent and thorough with communicating and also listening . I never felt hurried or confused about what was happening. Within three weeks from our initial meeting, I was in her office signing a divorce agreement. She moves swiftly and confidently, reading between the lines and checking all the boxes. She got me a better offer than I initially expected and I didn’t have to worry about any loose ends. She is all around an amazing person to have on your side, whatever the reason. My experience was a ten out of ten.

Dealing with a drawn out custody dispute with a high conflict ex that does not know how to function in the best interest of the kids? Heather is your attorney then to help navigate the circus of the courts. Heather is direct and to the point so you never have to guess what is possibly coming next. Very attentive to phone calls and emails and she helped me in a drawn out custody dispute with tons of false allegations. Not only did Heather help me jump through each hoop, but she showed up on trial day with every piece of document I have ever sent in. I retained Jill’s services in 2016 after my ex forced my son and I out of the house. Jill has been fighting for my son and I ever since. During the divorce Jill was able to find pin holes in the documents from opposing counsel that could have been detrimental to my future and finances. Her articulation is supreme in and out of the courtroom. When it came to custody court, Jill was diligent in ensuring we had all the documentation we needed, and walked me through the process with such patience. During the actual hearing, I was blown away with her performance! Kind and compassionate where need be, but also tenacious and dare I say tactfully ruthless when fighting for me. I continued to retain Jill’s services for all my current custody matters and future custody potentials. Since hiring Jill as my attorney, she has displayed attention to the numerous intricacies within my high conflict custody case. She quickly became familiar with all the moving parts and players that have been introduced over a lengthy period of time. She was responsive, acting with firm resolve within a timely fashion, as when she accepted my case, it was heading in a certain direction. I had a full blown custody trial with Ashley. I have a lot of experience in the courtroom. In fact I fired my previous attorney I had and hired her to take over the case. In my case Ashley was the last line of defense for my children. I say my case but this wasn’t my case. This case was my children’s case. Ashley has impacted me in a way I can’t explain. She did exactly what I hoped for and went above and beyond for my children. I don’t know where her career will lead her but she will have me as a client to whatever law firm she may be with for the rest of her career. She is an amazing trial attorney which is truly the highest of compliment I can give to any attorney. Any attorney can settle cases as it doesn't require a tenth of the effort and work that a trial would take. A trial attorney is where the elite stand and that is where Ashley is in my book. She put countless of hours of work into my case and all of that showed on display during my custody trial. Yes we won the trial but more importantly it was her presentation, compassion, and hard work that impressed me the most. She is a quick thinker on her feet which is another ingredient to be a great trial attorney. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

Never once did this woman even try to "get to know" me, my children, and our needs and wants. As such, I lost primary custody. She never fought very diligently for our side in mediation, giving in to all of the other side's demands. Then, on top of EVERYTHING else, she left the Myers Law Group to become employed by "the ex's" law firm, Cordell & Cordell with no notice!!! They *say* that my info, little as it is, will be confidential, but we ALL have heard of "water cooler chat," now, haven't we?? I do NOT recommend her.

Mr. Galbraith represented my ex-husband in our divorce. A few years after moving back to Spain -my home country- I started the process to have our divorce legalized in Spain. My ex-husband and I had separated in good terms, and he did everything he could to send me all the documents I needed. However, there were some that he didn't have. That's why I contacted Mr. Galbraith. He first made it sound like he was going to look into our case. After many unanswered emails/ phone calls, he said he couldn't represent me as he had represented my ex-husband. I replied that I wasn't looking for representation, I just needed some documents that had been issued at the time and I explained he was my only way to get those documents. He never got back to me.

I contacted Robert Galbraith initially for a consultation prior to husband filing divorce. I had only been married a short time, but my spouse was making various threats that would affect myself and my children's welfare. Robert was very understanding: he laid everything out on the table, calmed my fears, and assured me that he would be there when I was ready to proceed, if I decided to choose him to represent me. He never pressured me to make any decisions, but instead listened/gathered facts, and then made recommendations based upon what would be best for myself and my children. Throughout the process he got back to me quickly each time I reached out, and was great at communicating. Robert Galbraith is not like other attorneys; he is down to earth and can relate to his clients.
I would recommend Robert Galbraith for any family law issue that comes your way.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. I spent the $3500 up front and I was told one thing before hand and the opposite happened. There was a lot of words that were said within the rights of the law where I thought I was getting the upper hand and I did not at all. I tried to reach out to her in need and received answers a week later and never a call back or any direction which I needed. This person never cared about me or my situation and I have to go back to court to hope for the third time I find someone that cares about what I am saying and does their best to help me. DO NOT USR THIS ATTORNEY IF YOU ARE A MAN TEYING TO GET RIGHTS EITH TOUR CHIOD.

This review is for Attorney Nicole Thurner only. I cannot speak to the services for the others in the office. If you are navigating the complexities of a divorce and feel lost and alone, please DO NOT call Attorney Thurner. I could not be more disappointed with my encounters with her. Five months of unanswered emails and phone calls left me with no information, resorting to Google for help with the process. After hearing from her one time between May and when I fired her in October, I learned she never actually filed the divorce with the court, but was happy to take all but $60 of my retainer. During such a stressful time in my life, it's sad to see an attorney such as Nicole provide such poor counsel. If you want to be left lost and pay another retainer to another lawyer who will actually do the work and uneducated in this process, please use Nicole. Otherwise, please take my word for it and go with anyone but Nicole Thurner. Fortunately no children/custody/property were involved, and her lack of counsel would be detrimental to someone with a more complex case. I wish I would have known how terrible she is before engaging her and I would hate to see it happen to anyone else.

I have to contact her repeatedly about every case I turn over to her, she does not return calls until at least the third call. She does not respond to emails until at least two follow-up calls are made. I have repeatedly asked her to cc me on all correspondence and court filings, yet have received nothing except her "word" that the filings she is billing us for have been filed. If I saw any results from the "action" she is supposedly taking, it would be different, but there aren't even any results. Unfortunately, this appears to be the way the entire firm does business as she is the third one in the firm we have tried over the 70 some years we have been in business. Three strikes, they're out, I hired another attorney this morning. DMKCG clearly is so busy they do not need additional business.

I have known and worked with attorneys for 25 years and this one takes the cake. Trying to get her to do a welfare check on one of her clients at the jail sent her into a tail spin. She criticized her client and called her names. She then turned on me and the state I live - Three times She brought up the fact that she gets paid minimal by the county and it is not her job to check on a client. In all of my years of dealing with attorney I can confidently say "She has ego issues". PS she kept using the wrong names!! I am not even sure if she knew who she was speaking about. (one positive she called back - although she probably regrets it.
