I would highly recommend utilizing the services that the Law Offices of Martin Springer provides. During a hard time within the family, Martin was able to handle all of the financial and legal documentation that needed to be filed. I needed help with a inquiry dealing with the division of revenue and enterprise services. Not only did Linda never even bother to pay mind to my issue, but her office gave up completely after 2 weeks. They didn't care that even they couldn't get through after 2 weeks. It's been over a month and still no movement on my issue costing me and my wife $4500 in tax deductions.
She got elected because she's a Democrat, not because she cares or does anything helpful.

Ryan went above and beyond to go through not one but two closings!
He also wiped out violations through. Court hearing which we barely had to pay anything for! Will be saying him for all future Real Estate deals.

I have a 19-year-old non-verbal autistic son who I moved to NJ from California. To tell you that his case was one of the most difficult out there is an understatement -- simply ask his California representation. One of the reasons why NJ became the viable choice for our family was Staci--her expertise is unparalleled, her tenacity matched our families then went beyond. I've never experienced an attorney so invested. To top all of this, her positive never-give-up attitude kept us going. I'm here to tell you that we were in a dog-fight for over 10 years, 3 of them seemed so bleak that we were facing the worst version of options out there for parents and for our son. But every time we hit a dead-end, Staci would find some miraculous way around it -- I'm seriously describing super-hero versions of ways around the impossible. Most recently we had what would be deemed as a miracle result of our boy. He had started out looking at life in the worst version lock-down psychiatric facility with no options, and he is now in full-support, completely held and respected residential home, beyond all the nay-sayers, and no's that we had faced for years -- I can easily say that this was done because of Staci. I would tell you she's magic, but I'd be robbing her of the bow she deserves for all the sleepless hours of coming up with another way to solve the impossible, and then doing it!. She's brilliant. Meeting and working with Staci was an absolutely phenomenal experience. I consulted with her twice before hiring her because she was so incredibly honest with a devotion to ensure her guidance was understood and that we made an informed decision about how to proceed.
Staci was very clear about what our complaint against the school district might cost our family emotionally as well as financially but we trusted her implicitly, and for good reason. Once hired, Staci brought us very quickly to the exact resolution we wanted with our district.
Her nimble understanding of the details of our very complex situation saved us what I'm positive would have cost us thousands more in dollars, and an unquantifiable amount more emotionally had we used a different lawyer.
Staci is living proof that there are people who want justice for the special needs population, who've made it a career, not for ego, or self-interest, but for the true good of each student. My highest regards to Staci and team, I cannot recommend her highly enough!

My wife and I knew our son needed additional help from our blue ribbon school. Our son has Central Auditory Processing Disorder (CAPD). The district assured us over the years that they “were doing all they could” and thought he was “making good progress.” By sixth grade, we could see he was still grades behind where he needed to be. We were despondent and decided to act.
Fortunately, a friend referred us to Jayne. Jayne reviewed our son’s case and walked us through all possible outcomes. We decided to move forward. Utilizing top notch experts, Jayne and her team built a great case that our son needed to be placed in a specialized school out of the district. Jayne was able to negotiate the placement of our son in the school we wanted with all costs covered by the district!
I should note, that Jayne was extremely respectful when negotiating with the district but also very effective. It was also obvious that the district was aware of Jayne’s reputation and also treated her with great respect throughout the process. I am sure her reputation was a key component of our success.
Our son is in his first year at his new school and is already making great progress.

Jayne has been helping me with my son's IEP for the last 7 years. He would not have gotten an appropriate education if it weren't for her and her firm. My son is twice exceptional, and thus, the school did not want to give him an IEP. Then they didn't want to follow it. June not only got him an IEP, but was instrumental in getting him an out of district placement, where he has thrived. I can't say enough thank you's to her for this.

My interaction with Don on my recent purchase of my home was excellent from the first phone call to the flawless closing. Don educated me along the way and kept me well advised. His fee was precisely as quoted, no extras, no surprises. He saved me several hundred dollars by getting the Title Company to accept an older survey. This is matter of great shame and disrespect that despite multiple reminders ( 30 emails and 18 phone calls) your office has failed to help . This is very unfortunate that your office was not able to resolve my issue where the seller of 17 Beacon Hill Dr did not pay the sewer expenses and now as a new buyer I own the responsibility to pay it.
Your office professionalism is questionable here since you should have holded some amount in your account as an escrow .You should have looked into these issues before closing. If a customer is giving you money for services then it's your duty to resolve the issue.
At the end its not about money but helping your client till the end which you have completely failed miserably .This showcases you are only worried about extracting money from customers only and carefree attitude.

I was refered to Ms. Gabrielle Strich when seeking assistance for my employment matter. Marcia Leach took my call and asked me who I wanted to see her or Ms. Strich, she went over cost per hour and stated she was able to handle the employment matter at a smaller per hour rate than Ms. Strich. We insisted on seeing the actual lawyer we were refered to. She set up the appointment with herself and kept hushing me as I tried to talk. She had us go all over the place talking about different things during the consult time. We were not happy or satisfied. She kept talking about my friend spending down his ira so that he may become eligible for Medicaid before needing nursing home care.
