I consulted with Maria Keller to work my custody case. She immediately put together a swift plan of action. Maria not only care about my case, but she care about me as a person. This lawyer sincerely cares about her clients. She wants the best outcome like any lawyer would, but she has very high level of empathy. If you want a lawyer that truly cares and is devoted to your "life" then hire Maria. I will always keep her in my speed dial.

Mr. Chapman was an excellent lawyer. He helped lower my reckless driving charge and dismiss my other charge. He helped me in Jackson County. I got there a little late, but thankfully Mr. Chapman saved me and was able to talk on my behalf, and by the time I got there, everything was already said and done, and I couldn’t have asked for better results. He was also nice and professional when I spoke to him in person. I picked Mr. Chapman because his reviews were outstanding, and it seemed like his previous clients had a good experience with him, and I’m happy to say I had the same experience. I hired Aj as my defense attorney after getting pulled over for speeding and charged with a dui. I had not drank much at all but I was not sure what my bac was so I refused to blow and got arrested. During that time in my life I was going through the hardest things I’ve ever had to experience and I felt extremely lost and helpless. I did not think I had a problem with alcohol until I was ordered to not drink. I mentioned to Aj how I was struggling with it and started using it to cope with my depression. Aj guided me through getting the help I needed and encouraged me to keep staying strong. If it weren’t for his encouragement to seek treatment and his support when deciding to do it, I would not be able to say today I am 200 days sober. Aj wants the best outcome for his clients lives long term because he genuinely cares about them. 10/10 would recommend him for that. He has your best interest!

I retained Mr. Crawford for a traffic citation in Dunwoody. He was quick to respond and had excellent communication with me throughout the process. Despite short notice he was able to get everything he needed together and set me at ease. In the end he was able to get my ticket reduced to a non reporting violation, which is exactly what I was hoping for. I will look to Mr. Crawford in the future for any help I might need. In July 2019, a work accident caused a compression fracture of one of my vertebrae which essentially ended my ability to do my current job. After months of struggling, I chose to retain Elliot Bourne in January of 2020. He arranged for my ongoing care to be managed by a doctor who wasn't just trying to push me back to work. Elliott also facilitated countless weeks of physical therapy and multiple non-surgical procedures to help with my pain. At no point was I ever pressured to take a low settlement, plus Elliot, as well as Angela (the firm's paralegal) always kept me informed during every stage of the process. I truly cannot thank the Bourne Law Firm enough for literally having my back for the last four years. I can't say enough about this law firm. I am so glad I didn't rely on the flashy nonsense you hear on the radio ads. I found them through Google reviews. I reached out to them after talking with one of the other law firms from the radio. The knowledge that Mrs. Castleberry shared with me as a paralegal was astounding!!! This solidified my choice. This lady was a godsend. I don't think she realizes how much she helped me to get through this ordeal. They assigned Mr. Reynolds Pitts to my case because of his expertise in the type of personal injury case I was dealing with. He applied pressure when needed and kept me informed at every turn. They are not paying me and didn't even ask for me to review them. I just feel the need to do so. Don't fall for the BS that someone is being paid to say. This is my honest opinion of this firm. I had a fantastic and very positive experience with Jon Brockman and his entire team! I cannot say enough good things about the way they handled my complex back to back auto accidents. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Ronnie Pitts was my lawyer once suit was filed and he was incredible!! He did not let the Insurance company get away with paying me an unfair settlement. Everyone at the mediation knew Jon Brockman and Ronnie Pitts and had the utmost respect for them. I feel so blessed to have had this team work on my behalf. I was injured on the job and when I first met with Grant I was impressed with his overall confidence in working workman’s comp cases. He kept me informed and updated with my case. Grant is very strategic and calculated especially during mediation. My case closed a lot quicker than I anticipated and I was happy with my settlement. Mr. Savoy worked very hard on my case. He went over everything with me thoroughly. He presented me all of my options and made sure I knew exactly what each one entailed. I had the privilege to hire Mr. peter Zeliff. I went to a couple lawyers when I got to attend court for driving on my foreign driving licence and was quite disappointed and worried at their attitude. I searched and located Mr Zeliff on web and approached him. It was enough to look at him to know that you met a man with honesty and competency personified. I hired this agency at the beginning of 2024. And today was the first time I spoke to the attorney that "handled" my case. Mr. Shannon was rude to me and told me while they were working on my case I was bugging them then stated that he no longer will help me even though for some reason my hospital bill is still outstanding. I basically paid him to do nothing. Not happy and would never refer this law firm to anyone.

I chose van Sant for my personal injury case after a car accident. I was so pleased with the service I received and the settlement I got! I didn’t have to worry about paperwork or insurance agents, ect. They took care of EVERYTHING for me so I could focus on my recovery. They really went the extra mile. I didn’t have a car because mine had been totaled in the wreck so they offered to schedule me Ubers to get to and from dr appointments. And I paid nothing out of pocket. I worked mainly with Josh. I recently used The Fernandez Law Firm, A Business and Technology Law Firm for a hearing I had in Forsyth County. Ms. Fernandez, the Managing Partner, listened to the facts, and said: “Most lawyers would tell you to do X. I am going to tell you to do Z. Z will be faster, cheaper, and more likely to get you the results you want. And if it doesn’t get you your results, then you can still do X, but by doing Z, you will pay me less.” Ms. Fernandez then carefully prepared me for the hearing so that I would be comfortable and able to tell my story. She told me what the other side and the Judge would say, and how to counter it. She made me stay on strategy And then, I won! Ms. Fernandez was very straightforward, honest, ethical, and fair. She had such a strong courtroom strategy that I was surprised to find out that Ms. Fernandez is actually a business, technology, software and contracts lawyer. The work she did cost less than I would have expected, and saved me money. I would use The Fernandez Law Firm again, and I completely recommend The Fernandez Law Firm because the work is high quality.

Mr Wehunt was extremely helpful and very dependable. He truly helped me with my case and I had 2 felonies and really thought I was going spend more time jail and truly thought I would really be always assumed as a terrible criminal and he got me a great plea deal. I got less time with probation and the least amount in fines and so much more. he made me feel comfortable in court when I was nervous and really thought I was going have bad outcome but he worded everything so I was able to understand. all my questions was answered and explained in every way. This is first time I have ever been in serious trouble and even been in court for crime. he kept in contact with me and even after my plea deal he still even contacted me after words to see if I still was okay or had any questions. he truly is a lawyer ur want on ur side.

I wanted to wait a few months before posting a review of Siemon Law Firm, just to fully process my divorce journey and experience using this law firm. Overall, I had a fairly pleasant experience and my attorney, Jordan Edwards, got me everything that I asked for. However, there are a few observations that I want prospective clients to understand when not only dealing with this particular law firm, but any divorce lawyer in general.
1) These lawyers do not care about your emotions or what you are going through. They are here to represent you to the best of their ability while refreshing the retainer as much as they can. When you speak with them, skip the small talk and pleasantries because every single second is being charged. This brings me to my second point.
2) Ensure that your correspondence with your respective lawyer is structured, which will reduce the amount of times you need to have a telephonic conversation or send an email. One of the tactics I noticed that they will do is purposefully extend a conversation with gibberish just to justify billing you; or instead of sending you one detailed email, they will send you several short email messages and bill you for each. It is imperative that you set the boundaries of expectations when it comes to communication. Doing so will save you a lot of money.
3) Divorces aren’t cheap and this law firm will remind you that with the number of times the retainer is refreshed. My divorce didn’t even go to trail, but in all it costed me north of $20k. Keep in mind that when you do your “free” consultation they will give you an arbitrary retainer fee of what it cost to go to mediation and what that retainer will be should it go to trail. Expect that cost to be substantially higher when it’s all said and done. It is imperative that you scrutinize the summary of charges. You will see things like “team meetings”, document review, etc. Which brings me to my final point.
4) You must be proactive during your divorce process. My divorce was finalized in April of 2024. I would have never known that unless I reached out to the law firm for a status in which they immediately sent me a copy of my signed decree. I do find it strange at the fast turnaround of response, yet I was still being billed for “team meetings” etc. I speculate they were trying to reduce as much of my retainer as possible prior to closing my file….but that’s just a speculation.
In all, these key points aren’t a knock against Siemon Law Firm, but just lessons learned from my point of view. Jordan Edwards did a remarkable job in ensuring I retained the house, 100% of my military pension, and minimum payout to my ex-wife. I would most definitely recommend this law firm. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was hiring Erin for a custody and support claim/counterclaim.
