I have given Rajat 5 stars in every category possible for a reason. I have worked with multiple Immigration lawyers for 7 years until I finally recieved my Green Card in the Fall of 2013. One of the most important things you expect from your lawyer is responsiveness; Rajat has always responded to my questions and queries within a few hours of me asking the question whereas others would take days and sometimes weeks. He is extremely knowledgable wrt Immigration related matters and charges very reasonable fees for the excellent quality of work that he does. I would highly recommend Rajat and know for a fact that he will not disappoint you!

after spending money on initial consultations with helpless attorneys my husband and i found Rajat and were amazed by the reviews so we decided to have a consultation and couldn't believe it was at no charge . I am so happy I hired this attorney. I have a brain tumor and was in dire need of a great attorney. He did not disappoint me. I was denied once from the Social Security ministration. This attorney was very helpful and detailed in every step of the way and with my shock I received my Social Security administration award letter soon after hiring this attorney. Normally, I don't write reviews (as a busy working mom of a toddler..time is precious). However, my recent experience with attorney Andrew Shaffer was exceptional - above and beyond what I could have expected from an initial consultation. I recently had an initial consultation with Attorney Shaffer (following social distancing & mask of course) on behalf of my father. I was left thoroughly impressed and grateful for the following reasons:
1) Not once did he try to "market" or "sell" his service...which sometimes I get the sense when you contact some attorneys.
2 ) He was very patient - really took the time to review the facts related to my father's case and explained them to me in a way that I can understand.
3) At several points - he even frankly let me know that "given how close to the end the case is..it's not worth it for my father to pay him the fee. Instead, he simply offered me advice on how I can proceed with the case."
4) I can tell he knows his facts and is experienced with the complexity of the Worker's Compensation laws as well as which doctors would be most favorable in case of QME, etc.
Overall, unlike some other consultations I had with other attorneys (which typically took maybe ~15-20 min tops), Andrew spent almost an hour simply just providing me advice on how I can best proceed with the case on my own, if I so choose.
I'm a firm believer that actions speaks louder than words. Many individuals, attorneys included, can promise you a lot of things. However, at the end of the day, I think it's what they actually do, especially when they're not obligated to, that really says a lot about them.
For anyone who is unfortunate to suffer a work related injury, I really highly recommend that you contact Attorney Andrew Shaffer first. I only wished I had knew to do that at the very on-set. Schedule an initial consultaiton and see for yourself, don't just take my word.
In these crazy pandemic times, it's really comforting to know there are still people out there who are so willing to simply provide help.

Sharon is very responsible. After I got my H1-B approval notice I travelled back to China. She prepared me very detailed instructions and documentation for applying H1-B visa. While I was stuck in visa application administrative processing, she even wrote letters to help me accelerating the administrative processing.
Sharon is also very rigorous and experienced. After I got back to U.S from China, she asked me to make a copy of my visa page and I94 info for documentation. She found out that the custom officer wrote a wrong expiration date on my passport which could cause me huge trouble in future. Lucky that she noticed it and guided me to the custom office and fixed it right away.

Mr.Steves has successfully settled a case involving public entities. Unlike other attorneys, Mr. Steves researched the entities involved and found that my claim was NOT barred by statutes of limitations for public entities. After my sister’s passing I contacted Modlin Legal, the company that had drawn up her will and trust. I was reluctant to hire anyone thinking I could handle the estate myself and even more so when I received a fee schedule. After much thought, investigation into what settling the estate would probably entail, and pricing other sources I decided Modlin Legal was probably a good choice. I could not have been more right.
Marina Modlin was professional at every turn and helped me through the whole process. She explained everything that was going on and helped me decipher all the forms and procedures of the numerous companies, financial institutions, and government entities that had to be dealt with. She was timely and diligent in completing the things she could /needed to take care of for me. With the things that fell to my discretion, she presented the facts and options and allowed me to have the final say on all matters.
I live in Utah so most of our communication was by e-mail. At one point, I became concerned with the direction things seemed to be going. Marina arranged a FaceTime meeting so she could be sure we understood each other. She took her time to explain everything that was going on, as many times as I needed it explained, and cleared up all my concerns.
Part of the estate went to probate. That process was, for me, mostly just a waiting game. Marina did all the work with the court, sending me an occasional form to sign. She made dealing with the court almost unnoticeable to me.
Marina was always prompt and thorough in all matters. Although it is obviously not true, I never once felt I was anything other than her only client.
I am glad my sister chose Modlin Legal to draw up her trust and will and I am very glad I chose to enlist Marina’s help settling the estate.

Steve Rudd did a Great Job in helping us update our Revocable Living Trust. Our trust was first written in 1996, updated in 2006 and then Steve helped us update it in 2020. Our financial situation had improved but also became more complicated. Our wishes had also became more complicated. Steve helped us develop a very tailored-made Trust that fit our current wishes perfectly. I usually don't write bad reviews but I feel compelled given I looked over the reviews here before moving forward with JR. After signing and paying for his services for some Trademark work, JR failed to respond to my messages for several weeks at a time. Typically I had to send multiple email, call his phone, etc. Even after all of that the job wasn't done. I would say that I was quite patient. I allowed for several days to receive a response before sending follow up emails. Despite this, it seemed nearly impossible to receive any meaningful update on the work. I've had to find a new lawyer. The only 'Pro' is that JR eventually refunded me.

I came to Vivian with all my child support documents from the Department of Child Support Agency because I am a complete novice to the judicial procedure system. She lead me into thinking that my court hearing will be a child custody hearing. Affraid of loosing my child, I asked her what are my options?she gave me two options one was to file a restraining order and second have her write a declaration. I choose the second option which was inapplicable, unnecessary and possibly detrimental. My case was brought by DCS, I supposedly didn't have to do anything on my part because child support is helping me get money from my child's father. I spent 1,500 and stressed for months thinking that I was going to loose my child when it was just a child support hearing.

Attorney Patrick Meyering is good and very detailed. He explain different options and conscientiously let me make my decision based on what is best for me, not based on the most he could make from me. At this moment, I can say that he is knowledgeable, VERY HONEST, ethical and always well-prepared. His hourly charge is very competitive when you compare with other lawyers.
