Marcus Morris represented my nephew on a Criminal Case that was out of Catoosa County GA. With Rob Cowan, one knows where he/she stands. Rob is professional, straight-forward, and aggressive, as needed, to handle a case in a timely manner. Mr. Dean worked over the course of 5 years on my vehicle accident case, through many problems and issues brought about by the defendants attorney. In 2016, I was involved in a very serious car accident. Dealing with the aftermath involved many medical professionals, medical facilities, auto insurance, medical insurance and replacement of my car all while I was trying to deal with the injuries and the pain. I did not call a lawyer at first because I felt like I was being treated fairly by all the individuals involved. Eventually, I was overwhelmed and found the situation to be way over my head. Not sure what to do I started searching for a lawyer to help me. Having limited dealings with lawyers I wasn't sure what to look for so to the internet I went. After searching through pages of lawyers I was still lost. So I cleared the search, again typed in lawyers near Dalton and asked God to put the lawyer I needed at the top of the list and pressed enter … William J. Kimsey of Dalton, Georgia.
I called his office hoping to get an appointment for a consultation. I explained my situation to the very kind sounding person on the other end of the phone. She explain that she would check and call me back. She did and an appointment was made.
During my meeting with Mr. Kimsey he immediately put me at ease with his calm and relaxed demeanor. He listened carefully to everything I had to say while he looked over my paperwork. He took the time to explain the situation and to answer my questions. He gave me what he thought would be the probable outcome. The more we talked the more I knew I was in the right place. I had found the lawyer I needed and the worry and anxiety of my situation was gone. Over the next several months He and his assistant Amy worked on my behalf to achieve the best possible outcome. I was kept informed as to the progress of my case. Everyone I dealt with in Mr. Kimsey's office was always very pleasant and very helpful. I am very happy with the result of their efforts. My only regret is that I didn't call him sooner. If I have a need for a lawyer in the future Mr Kimsey will be my first call.

I touched base with the Morris & Dean Law Firm after several failed attempts to close this case with two previous repidable Atanta based criminal attorneys.
I was driving up to Detrout MI from Los Angeles CA to visit relatives. I stopped off for a few beers along the way in GA and that's were my troubles began.
I was charged with hit and run, open container, and a warrant was issued for failure to appear. I was facing jail time, heavy fines, and the loss of my CDL because I am a commercial truck driver.
Attorney, Brandon Sparks of Morris & Dean worked varocously on my case. He managed to get the charges reduced to a non-driving charge and have the other charges dismissed which saved my trucking career. He was also able to get my case miraculously settled in absentia, without me having to fly back to GA.

I hired Mr Michmerhuizen over 6 yrs ago for a car accident case. I had multiple issues and it wasn't an easy case. Steve and his team were extremely thorough and didn't rush to try and get quick money. He waited until I was at my best medically and then we went to finish up my case. Mr. Blevins is currently working on a very difficult case for me. I happen to be innocent but a lot of things do not seem to point that way from an outsiders prospective. Brooke is young, but don't let that fool you! She is very smart and knows about the law. She is sweet and caring, but stands up for her clients.
