Matt is a down to earth Attorney with your best interest in mind. He speaks to you directly and not like other firms where he is just the owner and or face of the company. He gives you a cell number that he will answer texts and calls to for any confusion or simple questions. My case ended up being dismissed before the pre trial hearing. Thanks Matt!

I don’t have enough space to write all the ways Mr. Hager has gone over and above for our family. We were recently faced with an issue regarding our 70 year old father. He suffers from dementia and Alzheimers, to make a long story short he was arrested for the first time in his life. My parents retired to Florida and us kids are scattered from Indiana to Texas. Mr. Hager was so patient with us all in repeating the same stories to us all during different calls. From the very first call he started working on our dads case. We were given his personal cell number and told to call whenever and for whatever, and we did. He always answered and was always patient with us as we’ve never been through anything like this before. He assured us he would get this taken care of. He went way above and beyond and worked diligently and had our fathers case thrown out in less than a week. He understood how time sensitive this matter was for us as our dad was scheduled to go to an assisted living facility and they wouldn’t allow him with a pending battery. Let me repeat IN LESS THAN A WEEK THE CHARGES WERE GONE!!! We were floored to get that call!! Mr. Hager treated us like we were his only clients and nothing else mattered than getting this fixed for our family. I can not express the amount of gratitude our family has for Mr. Hager and his team! I pray we never need him again but if we do we will NEVER call anyone else but him. We have told everyone in our family and friends how amazing he is. He made the worst event our family has had to deal with feel like it never happened and we can all sleep again!! I could go on and on about him and how amazing he is. If you find yourself in need of an attorney do yourself a favor and stop looking and hire him......immediately!!!! You will be glad you did. Preface, I sadly earned myself a Battery.
After my Bondsman bailed me out, I called multiple Attorney Firm's.
When I called Hager & Schwartz, Mr. Hager personally answered the phone, patiently & kindly took time & listened to me explain my situation, concerns, & ask questions, of which he answered all in perfect detail.
I was still under the impression that I was going to continue to use my Public Defender.
Arraignment day came, in short, it was an unorganized unprofessional disaster, I felt further compromised.
I immediately called Mr. Hager, spoke of my experience, and we promptly scheduled a time to meet & go over paper work.
Upon terms agreement & signing, I requested & recieved a meeting with Mr. Hagar. We went over every detail, question, & concern.
After that, I pretty much didn't have to do anything, other than sign a couple documents.
Mr. Hager reached out to all necessary parties, & handled everything. If his Firm had questions, they'd call &/or email. Mr. Hager also had direct contact with my Judge, which was huge...
Their paralegal, was efficient & punctual as well!
Conclusion, case was dismissed, and we are in the process of expungement.
Everything, thank G*d & Hager & Shwartz PA, turned our exactly how we wanted!

I've been working on this review for awhile, trying to find the right words and best way to express how grateful I am, and how incredible Jeff and his team are. My custody case was my ex trying to move out of state and take the kids away. In a very real way, I put my (and my kids') lives in his hands. He is absolutely, without doubt, the attorney you want when this horrible scenario becomes your reality.
I strongly recommend Jeff Klein. I've retained him twice, in back-to-back custody issues. The most recent was to fight/oppose the out-of-state relocation which ended with a 2 day Trial, that we won. Not only is he an amazing attorney with the experience and intellect to understand the nuances of the courtroom, opposing counsel, the law, and get a good read on the situation and how to navigate it, but he is a decent human being. Jeff, and his legal team, genuinely cared about my case and took it to heart. Jeff and his team worked relentlessly on my case as it quickly spiraled into a very complex, high conflict custody battle. Jeff deftly maneuvered and had a solid legal strategy to win. He is very quick. He was excellent in catching on to things at Trial that opposing counsel was doing and was able to get objections in that greatly benefited my case.
A true professional with intellect, humanity, and who won't stoop to get caught up in opposing counsel's games. Jeff and his team handled opposing counsel like true professionals.
Always a prompt response. Never felt rushed or brushed aside. Quality of work was amazing. Legal strategy was judicious and sound. He gave good counsel throughout the entire case. He will fight for you!

So I called attorney Jeffrey Klein‘s office I spoke to Danielle I have spoken to Danielle several times very empathetic person listen to all I had to say not once did she say well this is what it cost to even consult with attorney Klein she never mentioned that she asked questions and listen to me and was empathetic of my feelings and then I had a consult with attorney Klein and never once mentioned a retainer fee which is what I’ve been getting previously with attorneys very short actually some asking me can you pay this but all I got from attorney Klein‘s office was questions and listening to my case I got off the phone with so much promise and ironically my daughter I told her who I talk to you and she said oh no mom I talk to Mis

Genine is the best. I had a dui (misdemeanor) and she got it reduced to reckless driving. She really fought for me in all of this. Whenever I needed to reach her she was there any clarifications she was there. She reviewed discovery and found discrepancies as did I and didn’t back down which resulted in the lesser charge. I am forever grateful for her. Not only that, through out this ordeal she has supported and checked on my well being as a person not just a client. Mr. Russell represented me a few years ago when I was a victim of a hit and run. At the time I had been insured with the same insurance company for almost 30 years. I highly recommend the law office of Chanfrau & Chanfrau. They represented me during one of the hardest times of my life. No parent expects to bury a child and nothing can prepare a mother for a loss of that magnitude.
Over the span of three years the people in this firm became not only my lawyers, but my friends. It was such a horrible sad time for me and my children and they never lost sight of that. At no time did I feel like I was just another case. I always felt that they understood the devastation that my family had suffered.
They are honest; they always told me the truth but also offered me reassurance when I became overwhelmed with it all. They explained everything to me so I understood what was going on and could make informed decisions. I truly trusted Mr. Chanfrau and his firm and I do not trust easily.
I have never liked attorneys. My past experience with them was that they charged you for everything, sounded good at the beginning, and then you never got past the receptionist. Mr. Chanfrau and his firm changed all that. Everyone in his firm participated in my case. Phone calls were answered promptly and emails answered immediately. They met with me in my home and worked around the schedule of a busy, single working mother. I never once in three years had to call or email about anything more than once. They were amazing.
While my loss was not theirs, they certainly treated me as though they understood how I felt and how my other children felt. I knew that whatever decisions they were making were in my best interest.
I wish things had been different and I had not needed them at all, but the unthinkable happened and I feel blessed that I was directed to Mr. Chanfrau. I would not have wanted to go through the legal process with anyone but him and his firm.

In August of 2011, my husband and I were involved in an automobile accident when we were rear ended by a large truck on one of the most heavily traveled highways in our area. Attorney William Chanfrau and his office staff were completely committed to my case from the day I first met in their office. The day of my deposition , with my Attorney at my side,was the turning point in getting this case settled with me being compensated for my injuries which included a major heart attack and the placement of 2 stents in my heart. My husband was ill at the time of the accident and his condition worsened quickly from that day forward. He passed away on October 17, 2013. The very well known large corporation whose name appeared on this truck had this case drag on almost 3 years, but my Attorney worked diligently and the case was settled with me getting the settlement amount I felt I deserved. I recently posted a question immediately after a ruling on my temporary time share plan. I was angry and frustrated with the results and wanted answers right away. I just got a response from Mr. Davis and whew, it brought me to tears but good tears. While waiting for feedback I did some research on why the non custodial parent was awarded some time share being that he was an uninvolved parent. In my findings I discovered that the judge did what was in the best interest of child. I actually got more out of the ruling than he did. She’s giving dad the opportunity to bond with our child on a trial basis. It makes sense. And Mr. Davis responded he provided that same answer, very raw and blunt but what I needed to read. I can appreciate his honesty with no filter answer. He seems seasoned and well versed in the law. He would be a great choice if one needed a lawyer. Thank you Mr. Davis and many blessings your way!

Mr. Bundza helped me recover needed money from a personal injury case that took forever to settle! He was extremely helpful. Corey always spoke to me directly and always answered my questions with the correct answers. I was never "pawned" off on his paralegal and he was more like a friend than an attorney.
I freely admit that I am a very "high-strung" individual and I have a fierce temper but Corey was very tolerant, understanding and helpful. His practice and my place of employment have dealings with each other that have nothing to do with personal injury and we were able to keep everything separated professionally.

Kelly Chanfrau is the kindest most caring Attorney you will ever find! She took my case when other Attorneys had no interest at all! I recommend her to anyone needing this type of Attorney. Kelly Chanfrau made me feel like a part of her family. She handled my case with the greatest of professionalism while making me feel as though I was her only client. She explained the technical, legal aspects of my case until I completely understood the process. Kelly prepared me not only for my own deposition but also for depositions of others. Kelly showed an amazing sense of humor, especially when the case became stressful. She always kept me informed about the status of my case and what was going to happen next. Kelly repeatedly told me that I was the one who was ultimately in charge of my case. She even gave me a cell phone number where I could reach her while she was ON VACATION!! Who does that for their clients? No other professional that I have had contact with or need for has ever gone to this extreme to be available to me. Kelly Chanfrau was and still is there for me. Mr. Nietzke is truly a man of integrity, this making him an attorney with integrity. He fought in and out of the court room for not only me, but for my minor son. He took on my divorce case when others wouldn't and stayed with me thoughout the most harrowing case ever (even though I was at times a difficult client).
He saw me through until the end when I was finally awarded an extremely fair and air-tight judgement.

Hired him regarding a domestic violence injunction and paternity case. He was excellent inside and outside of the court room. At times he was actually able to correct the judge regarding some of the legal matters. When he interogated witnesses, he seriously put them in their place.
