Usually the best way to hire an atty is through personal references but for the jurisdiction we had a problem with we didn't have any and had to search cold. We avoided checking with premium/sponsored profile attorneys and saw that Leanna was not only highly rated on Avvo and Justia but amazingly had 35 all 5-star reviews so it was our first (and last call). We can immediately tell she was on the ball, caring, knew what she was doing and most importantly extremely responsive. You will find this out on your first call. The outcome of our difficult case was far above our expectations and amazing. If your shopping attorneys make your first call to Leanna and it will likely be the only one you need to make!

Keeping my circumstances short, I was married for a long time and it just wasn't working anymore so we separated. We were separated for years and my X refused to sign the divorce papers. We had no children or property together,EVER. It was suppose to be a simple non- contested divorce. My X just simply refused. About two years ago I met an Amazing Man and knew I would spend the rest of my life with him! However we could never get married due to my X. Sadly the Love of my life was diagnosed with a Terminal Illness and is very sick, the only wish we both have is for us to be married. I was heartbroken, that's when I called Mr. Frankel. Mr. Van Hook has represented me multiple times, for a reason. He has managed to not get me charged with DUI due to his vast knowledge and specialties in such matters. In the most recent time he was able to get the case dropped by getting the traffic stop itself deemed unlawful. I don’t think one could ask for anything more from an attorney. From day one Mr. Hill and his staff made me feel that I was not just a number, but a person they could help. The professionalism that he and his staff showed was beyond excellent. They made it a point to keep me updated so I always knew what the status was at all times. It did take several years to finish my case, but it was not the fault of Mr. Hill or of his staff. I would get copies of emails sent to VA saying that their response is past the required reply date, which showed me he was always on top of everything. Mr. Hill even went so far as to call me (email not available) when I was in CA to make sure I was informed of the status of my case. Because of him and his staffs professionalism, and their attitudes I have recommended them to numerous veterans that I have met who thought they were at a dead-end and were not getting any real knowledgeable help. I will end on this note: Mr. Hill and his staff were friendly, helpful, very professional, and I have & will continue to talk about them in a positive manner with a very high recommendation. I hired the firm Hill and Ponton and was assigned Ms. Brewer. Herself and the firm did exactly as advertised. VA - 100% Unemployable and Disabled, SAA - Full Disability. It only took a few months, after 3 tries on my own I did not get the benefits entitled too me. I contacted her Firm and with her work as well as her staff they made things right! If you are in need as I was months back too get what you deserve as a Veteran be sure too call Ms Brewer or the Firm Hill and Ponton!

I highly recommend this attorney. When I sent out some questions to several of my attorneys, no one else responded to me except Brett, and it was when he was in EUROPE on VACATION. He has also stayed up late on a weekend working on my stuff, he even called me on a Sunday to see how I was doing. He is the only attorney that cared about 'how I was doing'. He has a wonderful family; He is honest, ethical, knowledgeable (or will find out), he acknowledges your emails or assigns someone to get back to you. A very good man. We were in an accident in July of 2014. We contacted the other party's insurance to find out they had $10,000.00 worth of coverage,which wouldn't cover the property damage,not including our car. I called Dan Newlin's office and was assigned to David Davila. From day 1, he has been there for us. Kept us informed, returned phone calls promptly and was always professional. Tanner has been there during my foreclosure process. He was very affordable compared to other Attorneys I talked with. I had started doing the foreclosure process my self not knowing any thing about the law. When checking with all the laws it was confusing and hard but I decided that if I paid an Attorney to do this and all they would do was to charge me for them losing then I would just try to do it my self. Some one referred me to Tanner Andrews and as I sat in his office I found him very easy to talk with and easy to understand. I hired him with a 500 dollar retainer fee. He has been so curtious and understanding. He understands not every one has the money to hire an expensive Attorney. Not all expensive Attorneys are good ones. Mr. Andrews is fair and he will fight for what you believe in. I would refer him to every one.

On a home purchase that went sour, the seller refused to refund our purchase deposit so we could buy another home. We moved into the sellers/our new house when we gave him the purchase deposit and signed the purchase contract. The PC stated what the seller agreed to do before closing.
The seller would not do what he agreed to so we refused to close. We asked for our deposit back so we could buy another home and move out of the one we would no longer buy.
The seller refused to give us back our deposit so we refused to move and refused to pay his demand for rent money. The seller took us to court in an attempt to evict us while keeping our purchase deposit of thousands of dollars.
We called around and Tanner Andrews was recommended to us, as we only had 3 days to respond to the eviction notice. We met with Tanner and showed him our purchase contract and deposit receipts.
He said he would beat the eviction process and counter sue the seller at the same time to get our deposit back. That meant he had to file about 7 different motions with the court and only had 3 days to get them all in to the court. Tanner only charged us $300 retainer fee for starting the process. He was affordable, that was great.
He succeeded. We got a trial date and were ready to take it to a jury trial. During this time the seller made many ridiculous offers all of which we refused. We wanted all our money back plus time to find and buy another home with.
Tanner kept us well informed each step of the way. He was never hard to get a hold of. He sent me dozens of very brief emails notifying me of any change in the process, or new current offer. Some lawyers are so hard to get a hold of. But tanner was always easy to get a hold of.
Tanner hoped we would settle so it wouldn't have to go all the way to trail. But since all the offers were ludicrous and we refused them all, Tanner hung in with us ready to go all the way to jury trail.
During PRE jury selection day, Tanner showed the judge how ridiculous this trial was going to be since the trail would end up just being a great waste of the courts time. The judge saw it should be settled here and now to save court time. But the judge had to get the seller to agree as the judge could not yet force the seller to do anything.
Based on the evidence Tanner showed the judge that we had for a jury trial, the judge began reprimanding the seller and pushing him to settle here and now, that the seller would gain nothing by continuing into a jury trial.
Tanner convinced the judge to push the seller into settling our way and refunding all our deposit money. Or we could start jury selection now and the outcome would still be the same, but just greatly delayed with tons of time and court resource's wasted.
It was fantastic. The judge hounded the seller until the seller agreed to a refund, plus letting us stay there long enough to find and buy another home before we had to move out (5 weeks). The seller agreed, the judge on the spot began writing up the terms of our settlement right then and there. We signed, the seller signed and then the judge signed making it all written in stone so the seller could not change his mind and waste any more of the courts time.
Tanner is fantastic at legal and court paperwork. He did everything right for us so we got what we wanted. We are so glad we hired him. We felt lucky he could jump on our case with only 3 days notice the eviction deadline had to be met for him to file all his motions and counter suits.
Tanners cost turned out to be a huge bargain for us. He saved us so much money & charged us so little, we couldn't be happier. That's why I write this review for him.
He protected us very well.
Tanner is a little operation compared to larger firms. We got very personalized service from him and loved it. He never made us feel insignificant like the big firms do to their customers.

Ms. Ambrose is absolutely hands down the best attorney you can find. Not only does she do her job right she does it with compassion. Mr. Megaro is a top noch defense attorney. He is extremely knowledgeable about criminal law and especially how to explain things to me (I don't know much about the law). He always called me back promptly, kept me informed as to the status of my case, and made me feel like he was truly interested in protecting me from the police. When I was charged with a serious felony, he met with me in his office several times, provided copies of the police reports, and gave me the confidence to take it to trial because I knew I wasn't guilty. Pros: Dunlop dealt with a pretty serious Grand Theft 5,000 or more case out of Osceola for me in 2012. He got me mental court diversion, charges dropped. Was my 1st offense. Awesome attorney if you have a 1st offense in Kissimmee, DUI or a fat nasty ticket.
Cons: Is not an aggressive attorney in criminal defense at all, has little to No pull in Orange County. Would not re-hire on a criminal offense. Would hire on a ticket. Told me to plea guilty pretty much and take 8yrs prison on a PBL offense, when there was no evidence at all what so ever in the case, the case was later dropped after I fired him, and hired an aggressive attorney.
