We were lucky enough to come across Art's name when we were selling our home. I interviewed several lawyers and he definitely stood out. He was a straight shooter and very knowledgeable. Lori Breitman handled the purchase of our home in 2019. She came very highly recommended by an attorney friend. He, the partners, and many others in his firm, all used Lori to handle the sales and/or purchases of their homes. An auspicious beginning.
Lori was professional and on top of things every step of the way. Her personality and sense of humor brought us relief whenever we became nervous about issues that cropped up. She stayed in constant contact with us.
She took a personal interest in our quest to relocate. For example,
she made recommendations for independent/assisted living facilities for our father, who was interested in that option.

I am a client of R&A and we just wrapped up a post-divorce case where the adversary got stomped. Everything the opposing party asked for got denied outright AND I was awarded attorney's fees. Amy K., and her team, gave her the business in a convoluted jurisdiction case wrought with lies by compiling and filing THOROUGH documents and information necessary to prove our case. It's not enough to believe you are right, you have to prove it with evidence within the confines of the lens the court is looking through. R&A did exactly that. I have worked with Mr. Ritte on three separate occasions. I have always found him to be all of the things listed above and more. He is extremely easy to talk to, and does not overload you with a lot of legal jargon. He has always been responsive to my calls, if not able to take my call, he gets back to me in a very reasonable and timely fashion. He has been extremely organized, making our recent closing as smooth and easy as I could ask for. Even though he has a pleasant manner about him, he stands his ground when the opposing attorney gets too assertive. His billing is clear and concise, and I feel his fee schedule has been very fair. I felt that I was charged very fairly, and not nickeled and dimed for every email or phone call. Something I find appalling by other attorneys I have worked with. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a very knowledgable, thorough attorney who has an easy manner about him.

Have you ever been hurt? The kind of hurt where you can't walk or care for your family properly?... Well I have. And let me tell you it is scary. And it's even more scary when the reason you were hurt is because someone was negligent. What do you do? Knowing life would never be the same... lingering pain, physical limitations... and what's worse is that it could happen to someone else at any moment. That's how I felt. I walked in to Mr. Musmanno's office not knowing what to expect. I had never met with an attorney for anything and I was scared. By the end of that first meeting I knew everything would be ok. Chris (as he told me to call him instead of Mr. Musmanno) explained everything in plain language. He walked me through all the steps of the legal process. I wanted to take a moment to express how beyond pleased I am with Attorney Ira Cohen and his practice. I am not sure if you are familiar with how many hours actually go into closing a house, and how many particulars are involved. He and his Assistant Susan made this closing like champions.

I was involved in a first cousin's estate, and it was a highly emotional situation; it involved my siblings. I hired Gary after my siblings (unbeknownst to me) fired the estate attorney we all initially agreed to hire. At some point during the long, drawn-out process, I lost the family I had always known. It was an extremely painful time of my life.
Not only did Gary provide legal services, he also provided compassionate support to me as a person. Gary has an excellent grasp of how best to handle complicated, highly-charged estate matters. He listened to me regarding what I was and was not willing to do, and he took my personal values into account throughout the negotiations. In the end, I compromised instead of going to court because of the emotional trauma I believed seeing my siblings in a courtroom setting would surely cause me. However, there is no doubt in my mind that Gary was the lawyer I wanted to fight for me in court if it had come to that.

I worked with Catherine on a case with a Narcissistic and emotionally abusive spouse as well and found her to be a poor choice. She did not listen or take any of the things that my ex did seriously and basically worked to just get things done not in mine or my children's best interest. She did not listen, did not follow through, and implemented rules, and then only tried to enforce them for me but not my ex. I would not recommend her to anyone unless they had a very straightforward and low conflict situation.
