I have used Mr. Rhodes on multiple occasions. He has done real estate closings, a trust for my mother and is currently handling a conservatorship for my wife. I first noticed this firm from community events that I was a part of. Mr. Irwin always seemed to be right in the middle of them and really appeared to be trying to help people. In 2015 I was involved in a horrible auto accident that left me paralyzed from the waste down. I was very distraught and needed more than an attorney. Mr. Irwin was everything I needed personally and professionally. He was available to me 24/7 to answer my questions and I was floored by how much time he put into my case. In the end I was able to get a settlement that should help me adjust to what has become the new normal for how I live. Mr. Irwin is my attorney but he is more then that. I was involved in an accident that was not my fault. Unfortunately the officer who completed the accident report said he could not determine who was at fault because there were no witnesses available and the other driver told a conflicting story to what I was telling. Benjamin Irwin and the staff at Cherry and Irwin were amazing and went to work for me. I don't know how they did it but the located a witness, battled the insurance companies, and regardless of the cost to their firm put me first. I am extremely happy with the outcome. I was convicted of attempted murder. Mr. Yarbrough was my appeal attorney. He was able to get the attempted murder charge reversed and dismissed on my first appeal. Great attorney! He understood my position and my frustration from dealing with a bad trial attorney. I wish Mr. Yarbrough was my trial attorney. He restored my trust in attorneys. I have used around 11 attorneys and only my trial attorney was bad. Mr. Yarbrough I am very sorry for my rude and disrespectful letter. I hope you except my apologies.
